Claims (12)

  1. 에폭시수지에다 고무 라텍스내에 무기질 미세입자를 균일하게 분산시킨 후 건조시켜서 얻어지며, 고무 미세입자의 표면에 무기질 미세입자가 균일하게 부착된 고무 미세입자를 균일하게 혼합분산시켜서 된 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기질 미세입자는 물에 불용성이고 그의 입경이 약 200μm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 무기질 미세입자는 약 50μm이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서. 고무 미세입자는 그 입경이 약 0.01 내지 5μm인 1차 입자를 함유하는 고무 라텍스내에 물에 불용성인 무기질 미세입자를 분산시켜서 제조된 것으로서, 상기 고무미세입자는 고무 라텍스의 고형성분 100중량부에 대해 30 내지 300중량부의 양으로 사용된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기질 미세입자는 규산, 규산염, 활석, 탄산칼슘 및 카본블랙중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 무기질 미세입자는 규산과 규산염 중에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기질 미세입자는 그 입경이 약 0.01∼15μm임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무 라텍스는 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무 라텍스임을 특징으로 하는 고무 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무라텍스는 카르복실화 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무 라텍스임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 고무 미세입자는 에폭시수지 100중량부에 대해 고무성분으로서 1 내지 6중량부의 양으로 혼합되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시수지의 조성물은 80 내지 150℃의 온도에서 1 내지 24시간동안 가열처리된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시수지조성물은 경화제가 부가적으로 첨가된 것임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
