Claims (16)

  1. (a) 아조디카본아미드, (b) 산화아연, 탄산아연 또는 C1내지 C4유기산의 아연염 및 (c) 방향족 설핀산 또는 방향족 설핀산의 금속염으로 구성되며, 이때 매 100중량부 (a) 당, (b)는 0.25 내지 25중량부이고 또 (c)는 100중량부 (b) 당 1 내지 2000중량부이며, 또 (b)+(c)합계가 2 내지 25중량부인 발포제 조성물.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, (b)가 5 내지 25중량부이고, 또 매 100중량부(b) 당, (c)가 1 내지 100중량부인 발포제 조성물.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, (b)가 0.25 내지 10중량부이고, 또 매 100중량부(b) 당, (c)가 10 내지 160중량부인 발포제 조성물.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, (b)가 7 내지 22중량부이고 또 (c)가 매 100중량부(b) 당 0.25 내지 10중량부인 발포제 조성물.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서, (b)가 0.25 내지 4중량부이고, 또 (c)가 매 100중량부 (b) 당 10 내지 100중량부인 발포제 조성물.
  6. 제 3 항에 있어서, 추가로 과산화물 촉진제를 함유하는 발포제 조성물.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 과산화물 촉진제가 트리메틸올 프로판 트리메타크릴레이트인 발포제 조성물.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 트리메틸올 프로판 트리메타 크릴레이트가 1.5 내지 12중량부인 발포제 조성물.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 트리메틸올프로판 트리메타크릴레이트가 2 내지 5중량부인 발포제 조성물.
  10. 제 6 항에 있어서, 추가로 크롬화합물을 함유하는 발포제 조성물.
  11. 제 10 항에 있어서, 크롬화합물이 0.1 내지 1중량부인 발포제 조성물.
  12. 제 1 항에 있어서, 추가로 100부 아조디카본아미드당 5부까지의 친핵성 조제를 함유하는 발포제 조성물.
  13. 가스팽창성 중합물질과 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느한 발포제 조성물로 구성되는 조성물.
  14. 제 13 항에 있어서, 가스팽창성 중합물질용으로 추가로 유황, 유기 과산화물 및 유기하이드로 과산화물경화제를 함유하는조성물.
  15. 고무 100부당 제2항의 발포제 조성물 4 내지 40부의 비율로 혼합하고, 또 혼합고무를 팽창조건에 노출시킴을 특징으로하여, 가스팽창성 고무를 팽창시키는 방법.
  16. 플라스틱 100부당 제3항의 발포제 조성물 0.5 내지 30부의 비율로 혼합하고, 또 혼합 플라스틱을 팽창조건에 노출시킴을 특징으로 하는 가스팽창성 플라스틱을 팽창시키는 방법.
