Claims (14)

  1. 티오화된 모르폴린, 디티오카바메이트 가속화제 및 벤조티아졸 가속화제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무지갯빛 광택을 형성하는 일없이 고무를 경화시키는데 사용되는 가속화제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 티오화된 모르폴린이 -S-S- 결합을 통해 다른 모르폴린기에 결합된 모르폴린인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 디티오카바메이트 가속화제가 비스무트의 디티오 카바메이트 염인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 벤조티아졸 가속화제가 비스(2,2'-벤조티아졸) 디설파이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 벤조티아질 디설파이드, 비스무트 디메틸 디티오 카바메이트, 디티오 디모르폴린 및 황원소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무지갯빛 광택을 형성하는 일없이 고무를 경화시키는 데 사용되는 가속화제 조성물.
  6. (a) 고무성분, (b) 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 따른 가속화제 조성물을 포함하고 있고 무지갯빛 광택이 거의 없는 물건을 만들기 위한 성형과 압출과정에 사용되기 위한 고무 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 고무성분이 EPDM 고무, 아크릴로 니트릴-부타디엔 고무 및 스티렌-부타디엔 고무 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 황을 함유하고 있는 가황제도 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제6항 내지 8항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 가속화제 조성물의 각성분이 고무 100중량부에 대해 0.1~3중량부 정도 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 가속화제 조성물의 각 성분이 고무 100중량부에 대해 0.6~1중량부 정도 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌글리콜 또는 폴리에틸렌글리콜과 알킬 페놀 포름 알데히드 수지가 결합된 형태의 활성화제도 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  12. 제1항 내지 11항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 유효량의 금속 산화물 형태의 활성화제를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 황을 함유하는 가황제가 스파이더 황인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  14. 제6항 내지 13항중 어느 한항에 따른 고무조성물을 가황시키거나 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 따른 가속화제 조성물을 이용함으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가황고무.
