Abstract

"COMPOSIçõES DE ELASTÈMEROS VULCANIZáVEIS CONTENDO COPOLìMERO DE AMIDO/BORRACHA ESTIRENO BUTADIENO COMO UMA CARGA DE REFORçO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição elastomérica vulcanizável contendo 100 partes em peso de um elastómero; cerca de 5 a cerca de 80 partes em peso de carga reforçadora, por 100 partes do elastómero, incluindo um copolímero de amido/estireno butadieno em emulsão; cerca de 1 a cerca de 6 partes em peso de um agente de acoplamento, por 100 partes do elastómero, o referido agente de acoplamento tendo uma porção reativa com os grupos hidroxila do copolímero de amido/estireno butadieno em emulsão e uma segunda porção reativa com o referido elastómero; cerca de 40 a cerca de 115 partes de uma carga reforçadora adicional por 100 partes do elastómero, em que a referida carga é selecionada do grupo que consiste em negro-de-fumo, sílica e suas misturas; e cerca de 0,2 a cerca de 5 partes de um agente de cura por 100 partes do elastómero. é fornecido também um processo para preparação de uma composição de elastómero vulcanizado de acordo com a presente invenção. O composto elastomérico vulcanizado da presente invenção possui boas propriedades físicas para uso como material de bandas de rodagem para pneus.
