Abstract

"MISTURAS DE BORRACHA CONTENDO GéIS DE BORRACHA E PRODUTOS DE PARTIDA DE RESINAS DE FENOL". A presente invenção refere-se a misturas de borracha de pelo menos uma borracha contendo uma dupla ligação, aditivos de géis de borracha, produtos de partida de resinas fenol ou produtos de condensação de fenol/formaldeído, tal como resóis ou novolacas, bem como eventualmente outras substâncias de enchimento e agentes auxiliares de borrachas e dos vulcanizados e artigos moldados de borracha preparados a partir dos mesmos. As misturas de borracha de acordo com a invenção, destacam-se no estado não reticulado por boa capacidade de elaboração (viscosidade do compósito ML 1+4/100<198>C < 60 ME) bem como no estado vulcanizado por durezas Shore A/23<198>C >60, elasticidades de repercussão elevadas E/23<198>C > 60%, bem como por uma baixa densidade específica. Os vulcanizados prestam-se para a preparação de artigos de borracha técnicos e para diferentes peças de construção de pneumáticos tal como revestimentos de cilindros, revestimentos de esteiras transportadoras, cintas, parafuso de enrolamento (Spinnkopse), vedações, núcleos de bolas de golf, solas de sapatos bem como misturas de talões, carcaças de pneumáticos, misturas Sub Tread e paredes laterais de pneumáticos. As misturas são particularmente adequadas para a preparação de paredes laterais reforçadas de pneumáticos com propriedades de funções de emergência ("inserts for run flat tyres").
