本发明公开一种汽车用耐油橡胶管,属于汽车用橡胶技术领域。它由以下重量份的组分制成:丁腈橡胶35份~46份,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶20份~30份,聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐20份~26份,轻质碳酸钙8份~12份,二硫化二吗啉5份~8份,硬脂酸锌2份~4份,古马隆1份~5份,沥青1份~3份,2,2-二噻吩基乙醇酸甲酯3份~4份以及焦亚硫酸钠1份~5份。本发明主要选用丁腈橡胶和异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶复配,再配以聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐,轻质碳酸钙,二硫化二吗啉,硬脂酸锌,古马隆,沥青,2,2-二噻吩基乙醇酸甲酯以及焦亚硫酸钠一起制成汽车用耐油橡胶管,可有效的提高其耐油性能。

本发明涉及汽车用橡胶技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车用耐油橡胶管。
背景技术
汽车用耐油橡胶管,一般指连接在汽车发动机上的用于输送油路的胶管。随着汽车制造技术的不断发展,人们对汽车各部件的性能要求也越来越高,关于汽车用耐油橡胶管的耐油性能也有了进一步的要求。目前,虽然已有的汽车用耐油橡胶管产品种类繁多,但还是普遍存在耐油性能有待提高的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种汽车用耐油橡胶管,该汽车用耐油橡胶管耐油性好。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
它由以下重量份的组分制成:
丁腈橡胶35份~46份,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶20份~30份,聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐20份~26份,轻质碳酸钙8份~12份,二硫化二吗啉5份~8份,硬脂酸锌2份~4份,古马隆1份~5份,沥青1份~3份,2,2-二噻吩基乙醇酸甲酯3份~4份以及焦亚硫酸钠1份~5份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案是:丁腈橡胶35份,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶20份,聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐24份,轻质碳酸钙8份,二硫化二吗啉8份,硬脂酸锌3份,古马隆3份,沥青3份,2,2-二噻吩基乙醇酸甲酯3份以及焦亚硫酸钠5份。
更进一步的,丁腈橡胶46份,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶30份,聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐20份,轻质碳酸钙10份,二硫化二吗啉5份,硬脂酸锌2份,古马隆1份,沥青2份,2,2-二噻吩基乙醇酸甲酯4份以及焦亚硫酸钠3份。
更进一步的,丁腈橡胶40份,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶25份,聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐26份,轻质碳酸钙12份,二硫化二吗啉6份,硬脂酸锌4份,古马隆5份,沥青1份,2,2-二噻吩基乙醇酸甲酯3份以及焦亚硫酸钠1份。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明得到的有益效果是:
本发明主要选用丁腈橡胶和异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶复配,再配以聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐,轻质碳酸钙,二硫化二吗啉,硬脂酸锌,古马隆,沥青,2,2-二噻吩基乙醇酸甲酯以及焦亚硫酸钠一起制成汽车用耐油橡胶管,可有效的提高其耐油性能。

以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,而本发明的保护范围并非仅仅局限于以下实施例。
实施例1
本汽车用耐油橡胶管由以下组分制成:丁腈橡胶3.5kg,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶2.0kg,聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐2.4kg,轻质碳酸钙0.8kg,二硫化二吗啉0.8kg,硬脂酸锌0.3kg,古马隆0.3kg,沥青0.3kg,2,2-二噻吩基乙醇酸甲酯0.3kg以及焦亚硫酸钠0.5kg。
与现有市场上销售的汽车用耐油橡胶管产品相比,本实施例制得的汽车用耐油橡胶管的耐油性能提高了38%。
实施例2
本汽车用耐油橡胶管由以下组分制成:丁腈橡胶4.6kg,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶3.0kg,聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐2.0kg,轻质碳酸钙1.0kg,二硫化二吗啉0.5kg,硬脂酸锌0.2kg,古马隆0.1kg,沥青0.2kg,2,2-二噻吩基乙醇酸甲酯0.4kg以及焦亚硫酸钠0.3kg。
与现有市场上销售的汽车用耐油橡胶管产品相比,本实施例制得的汽车用耐油橡胶管的耐油性能提高了38.2%。
实施例3
本汽车用耐油橡胶管由以下组分制成:丁腈橡胶4.0kg,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶2.5kg,聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐2.6kg,轻质碳酸钙1.2kg,二硫化二吗啉0.6kg,硬脂酸锌0.4kg,古马隆0.5kg,沥青0.1kg,2,2-二噻吩基乙醇酸甲酯0.3kg以及焦亚硫酸钠0.1kg。
与现有市场上销售的汽车用耐油橡胶管产品相比,本实施例制得的汽车用耐油橡胶管的耐油性能提高了38.1%。

1.一种汽车用耐油橡胶管,其特征在于由以下重量份的组分制成:
丁腈橡胶35份~46份,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶20份~30份,聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐20份~26份,轻质碳酸钙8份~12份,二硫化二吗啉5份~8份,硬脂酸锌2份~4份,古马隆1份~5份,沥青1份~3份,2,2-二噻吩基乙醇酸甲酯3份~4份以及焦亚硫酸钠1份~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用耐油橡胶管,其特征在于:丁腈橡胶35份,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶20份,聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐24份,轻质碳酸钙8份,二硫化二吗啉8份,硬脂酸锌3份,古马隆3份,沥青3份,2,2-二噻吩基乙醇酸甲酯3份以及焦亚硫酸钠5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用耐油橡胶管,其特征在于:丁腈橡胶46份,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶30份,聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐20份,轻质碳酸钙10份,二硫化二吗啉5份,硬脂酸锌2份,古马隆1份,沥青2份,2,2-二噻吩基乙醇酸甲酯4份以及焦亚硫酸钠3份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车用耐油橡胶管,其特征在于:丁腈橡胶40份,异戊二烯-丁二烯橡胶25份,聚六亚甲基双胍盐酸盐26份,轻质碳酸钙12份,二硫化二吗啉6份,硬脂酸锌4份,古马隆5份,沥青1份,2,2-二噻吩基乙醇酸甲酯3份以及焦亚硫酸钠1份。
