Abstract

본 발명은, (a) 이소시아네이트화합물, 이소티오시아네이트화합물 및 이소시아나토―함유이소티오시아네이트화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택한 적어도 1개의 에스테르화합물, (b) 히드록실화합물, 메르캄토화학물 및 메르캅토― 함유 히드록실화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택한 적어도 1개의 활성수소화합물, (c) 3차아민, 및 (d) 루이스산으로 이루어진 우레탄계 플라스틱렌즈의 조성물과, 상기조성물을 가열경화하여 얻은 플라스틱렌즈와 상기 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법을 제공하는 것으로 이 조성물은 포트라이프가 길고 단 시간내에 광학적으로 균일한 플리스틱렌즈를 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (24)

  1. (a) 이소시아네이트화합물, 이소티오시아네이트화합물 및 아소시아나토―함유이소티오사아네이트화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택한 적어도 1개의 에스테르화합물과, (b) 히드록실화합물, 메르캅토화합물 및 메르캅토―함유 히드록실화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택한 적어도 1개의 활성수소화합물과, (c) 3차아민과, (d) 루이스산으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄계 플라스틱렌즈용 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 루이스산은 금속할로겐화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄계 플라스틱렌즈용 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 루이스산은 유기금속할로겐화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄계 플라스틱용 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유기금속할로겐화물은 유기주석할로겐화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄계 플라스틱렌즈용 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 내부이형제로서 산성 포스페이트에스테르 또는 산성포스포네이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄계 플라스틱렌즈용 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 산성포스페이트에스테르는 인산의 알콕시알킬디에스테르와 모노에스테르의 환합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄계 플라스틱렌즈용 조성물.
  7. 제1항의 조성물을 가열경화하여 얻은 플라스틱렌즈.
  8. 제2항의 조성물을 가열경화하여 얻은 플라스틱렌즈.
  9. 제3항의 조성물을 가열경화하여 얻은 플라스틱렌즈.
  10. 제4항의 조성물을 가열경화하여 얻은 플라스틱렌즈.
  11. 제5항의 조성물을 가열경화하여 얻은 플라스틱렌즈.
  12. 제6항의 조성물을 가열경화하여 얻은 플라스틱렌즈.
  13. 제1항의 조성물을 가열경화하는 것으로 이루어진 우레탄계 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 가열과정은 물에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄계 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
  15. 제2항의 조성물을 가열경화하는 것으로 이루어진 우레탄계 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 가열과정은 물에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄계 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
  17. 제3항의 조성물을 가열경화하는 것으로 이루어진 우레탄계 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 가열과정은 물에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄계 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
  19. 제4항의 조성물을 가열경화하는 것으로 이루어진 우레탄계 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 가열과정은 물에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄계 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
  21. 제5항의 조성물을 가열경화하는 것으로 이루어진 우레탄계 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 상기 가열과정은 물에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 우레탄계 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
  23. 제6항의 조성물을 가열경화하는 것으로 이루어진 우레탄계 플라스틱렌즈의 제조방법.
