Claims (5)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 피라졸린을, 임의로 용매를 사용하여, 일반식(Ⅲ)의 이소시아네이트와 반응시키거나; 임의로 사용하여, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 파라졸린을, 트리클로로메틸 클로로포르메이트와 일반식(IV)의 아닐린과의 반응생성물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 일반식(I)의 피라졸린 유도체를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, (i) Z은 수소, 할로겐, C1-4-알킬, 트리플루오로메틸, C1-4-알콕시, C1-4-알콕시카보닐, 할로-C1-4-알콕시, C1-4-알킬티오, 할로-C1-4-알킬티오, 할로-C1-4-알킬설피닐, 할로-C1-4-알킬설포닐, 2,2-디할로사이클로프로필옥시 또는 2,2-디할로 사이클로프로필메톡시이고, (a) X는 2,2-디할로사이클로프로필메톡시, 페녹시, 페닐티오, 피리딜옥시, 할로-C1-4-알케닐옥시, 할로-C1-4-알킬티오, 할로-C1-4-알케닐티오, 할로-C1-4-알킬설피닐 또는 할로-C1-4-알킬설포닐을 나타내며, 여기에서 상기 언급한 페녹시 또는 페닐티오는 할로겐, C1-4-알킬, C1-4-알콕시, 할로-C1-4-알킬 및 할로-C1-4-알콕시중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 동일하거나 상이한 그룹에 의해 임의로 치환되고, 상기 언급한 피리딜옥시는 할로겐 및 트리플루오로메틸로부터 선택된 하나 이상의 동일하거나 상이한 그룹에 의해 임의로 치환되며, Y는 X와 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, X에 대해 정의한 바와 같은 의미를 갖거나, 수소, 할로겐, C1-4-알킬, 트리플루오로메틸, C1-4-알콕시 또는 할로-C1-4-알콕시일 수 있거나, (b) X는 (a)에서 Y에 대해 정의한 바와 같은 의미를 가지며, Y는 (a)에서 X에 대해 정의한 바와 같은 의미를 갖거나, (ii) Z는 2,2-디할로 사이클로프로필옥시 또는 2,2-디할로 사이클로프로필메톡시이고, X 및 Y은 동일하거나 상이하며 수소, 할로겐, C1-4-알킬, 트리플루오로메틸, C1-4-알콕시 또는 할로-C1-4-알콕시이거나, (iii) Z은 수소, 할로겐, C1-4-알킬, 트리플루오로메틸, C1-4-알콕시, C1-4-알콕시카보닐, 할로-C1-4-알콕시, C1-4-알킬티오, 할로-C1-4-알킬티오, 할로-C1-4-알킬설피닐 또는 할로-C1-4-알킬설포닐이고, X는 할로-C2-4-알콕시이며, Y는 수소, 할로겐, C1-4-알킬, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 C1-4-알콕시이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, Z가 할로-C1-4-알콕시인 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, Z가 디플루오로메톡시인 방법.
- 1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, Y가 할로겐인 방법.
