Claims (7)

  1. 사용되는 염기가 3차 알콜 나트륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 염기의 존재하에서, 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 벤조페는 과하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아세트아미드를 반응시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 3,3-디아릴 아크릴 산 아미드를 제조하는 방법:
    상기식에서,
    여기서, R1는 C1-4-알킬, C1-4-알콕시, NH2, NHC1-4-알킬, N(C1-4-알킬)2, C3-4-알케닐, C3-4-알키닐, C3-4-알케닐록시, C3-4알키닐록시, 또는 C3-6-시클로알킬이고;
    R2는 C1-4-알킬, C1-4-알콕시 또는 할로겐이며; R3는 수소 또는 할로겐이고; R4는 수소, 할로겐, C1-4-알킬 또는 C1-4-알콕시이며; R5는 C5-8-시클로알케닐 또는 나프틸기 또는 페닐기에 의해 각각 임의로 치환딘 C2-6-알키닐 또는 C2-6-알케닐기, 페녹시페닐기 또는 페닐페닐기, C3-7-시클로알킬기, 한개 이상의 할로겐 원자에 의해 임의로 치환된 C1-12알킬기, 할로겐 부분, C1-4-알콕시 및 C1-4-알킬로 부터 선택된 한개 이상의 치환체에 의해 임의로 치환된 페닐기 및 수소이며;
    X는 단일결합, -O-,-S(O)p-,-N=N-,-CHR9O-,-OCHR9-,-CHR9S(O)p-,-S(O)pCHR9-,-(CH2)n-,-HC=CH-, 또는 -C=C-이며;
    R6는 C1-4-알킬, C3-7-시클로알킬, 벤질, C3-4-알케닐 또는 C3-4-알키닐이며; R7은 C1-4알킬이고; R8은 수소, C1-4-알킬 또는 C1-4-알콕시이고; R9는 수소 또는 C1-4-알킬이고;p는 0,1 또는 2이며;n은 1-10 까지의 정수이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 3차 알콜 나트륨은 각각의 R이 독립적으로 C1-4알킬기인 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 알콜로부터 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 3차 알콜 나트륨이 아민 알콜 또는 부틸 알콜로부터 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 과량의 나트륨 알콜 화합물이 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제1항의 일반식(Ⅲ)의 아세트아미드가 과량으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 불활성 용매가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 온도가 10℃-150℃인 방법.
