Claims (8)

  1. L-소르보즈를 2-케토-L-굴론산으로 산화시킬 수 있는 슈도글루코노박터 속의 미생물을 그 자체로 또는 가공한 후 L-소르보즈와 접촉시켜 2-케토-L-굴론산을 생성 및 축적하고 이를 수거함을 특징으로 하는 2-케토-L-굴론산의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 미생물이 슈도글루코노박터 사카로케토게네스인 방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 미생물이 슈도글루코노박터 사카로케토게네스 K591s(FERM BP-1130, KFCC-10275), 12-5(FERM BP-1129, KFCC-10274), TH 14-86(FERM BP-1128, KFCC-10273), 12-15(FERM BP-1132, KFCC-10277), 12-4(FERM BP-1131, KFCC-10276) 또는 22-3(FERM BP-1133, KFCC-10278)인 방법.
  4. L-소르보즈를 2-케토-L-글루콘산으로 산화할 수 있는 슈도글루코노박터속의 미생물을 바실루스 속, 프로테우스 속 슈도모나스 속, 시트로박터 속, 엔테로박터 속, 에르위니아 속, 크산토모나스 속, 플라보박테리움 속, 미크로코쿠스 속 또는 에스케리키아 속에 속하는 1종 이상의 미생물 존재하와 L-소르보즈와 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 2-케토-L-굴론산의 제조방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 슈도글루코노박터 속의 미생물이 슈도글루코노박터 사카로케토게네스인 방법.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서, 슈도글루코노박터 속의 미생물이 슈도글루코노박터 사카로케토게네스 K591s(FERM BP-1130, KFCC-10275), 12-5(FERM BP-1129, KFCC-10274), TH 14-86(FERM BP-1128, KFCC-10273), 12-15(FERM BP-1132, KFCC-10277), 12-4(FERM BP-1131, KFCC-10276) 또는 22-3(FERM BP-1133, KFCC-10278)인 방법.
  7. 제 4 항에 있어서, 슈도글루코노박터 속의 미생물이 슈도글루코노박터 사카로케토게네스 TH14-86(FERM BP-1128, KFCC-10273)이고, 비실루스 속의 미생물이 바실 루스 세레우스(IFO 3131), 바실루스 리케니포르미스(IFO 12201), 바실루스 메가테리움(IFO 12108), 바실루스 푸밀루스(IFO 12090), 바실루스 아밀로리퀘페시엔스(IFO 3022) 또는 바실루스 서브틸리스(IFO 13719)이며, 슈도모나스 속의 미생물이 슈도모나스 트리폴리이(IFO 12056) 또는 슈도모나스 말토필리아(IFO 12692)이고, 프로테우스 속의 미생물이 프로테우스 인콘스탄스(IFO 12930)이며, 시트로박터 속의 미생물이 시트로박터 프레운디이(IFO 13544)이고, 엔테로박터 속의 미생물이 엔테로박터 클로아카에(IFO 3320)이며, 에르위니아 속의 미생물이 에르위니아 헤르비콜라(IFO 12686)이고, 크산토모나스 속의 미생물이 크산토모나스 피시(IFO 13556)이며, 플라보박테리움 속의 미생물이 플라보 박테리움 메닌고셉티쿰(IFO 12535)인 방법.
  8. 제 4 항에 있어서, 슈도글루코노박터 속의 미생물이 슈도글루코노박터 사카로케토게네스 K591s(FERM BP-1130, KFCC-10275)이고 또는 12-5(FERM BP-1129, KFCC-10274)이며, 비실루스 속의 미생물이 바실 루스 세레우스(IFO 3131), 바실루스 메가테리움(IFO 12108), 바실루스 푸밀루스(IFO 12090) 또는 바실루스 서브틸리스(IFO 13719)이고 슈도모나스 속의 미생물이 슈도모나스 트리폴리이(IFO 12056) 또는 슈도모나스 몰토필리아(IFO 12692)이며, 시트로박터 속의 미생물이 시트로박터 프레운디이(IFO 13544)이고, 엔테로박터 속의 미생물이 엔테로박터 클로아카에(IFO 3320)이며, 에르위니아 속의 미생물이 에르위니아 헤르비콜라(IFO 12686)인 방법.
