Claims (22)
- 에르위니아 속의 미생물을 생산하는 적어도 하나의 2,5-디케토-D-글리콘산의 균주, 또는 상술의 산을 생산하고 축적하기에 충분한 조건하의 상기 미생물의 어떤 처리 산물 또는 그의 염들 존재하, 접촉혼합물중, D-글루코오즈를 2,5-디케토-D-글리콘산으로 전환함을 특징으로 하는 . 2,5-디케토-D-글리콘산 또는 그의 염의 제조방법.
- 전환중 축적되는 2,5-디케토-D-글리콘산 또는 그의 염이 합성혼합물로부터 회수됨을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 제1항 기재의 방법.
- 접촉혼합물 D-글루코오즈의 농도가 40w/w%까지임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 제1항 기재의 방법.
- 전환이 통기 조건하에서 행해짐을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 제1항 기재의 방법.
- 전환이 15-35℃의 온도에서 행해짐을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 제1항 기재의 방법.
- 접촉 혼합물의 pH가 전환중 4.0-7.5로 유지됨을 특징으로 하는 특허청구범위 제1항 기재의 방법.
