Claims (5)
10-35℃의 온도에서 트레할룰로스-생성 미생물의 적어도 하나의 트레할룰로스-생성 효소계와 수크로스용액을 접촉시켜 수크로스를 중량비 4:1 이상의 트레할룰로스 및 이소말툴로스와의 혼합물을 전환시키는 것으로 됨을 특징으로 하는 트레할룰로스 및 이소말룰로스의 제조방법.
제1항에 있어서, 수크로스를 트레할룰로스와 이소말툴로스로 전환시키는 활성을 갖는 미생물로부터 유도된 당-전환 효소가 고정된 것임이 특징인 제조방법.
제1항 또는 2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미생물이 슈도모나스(Pseudomonas) 또는 아그로박테리움(Agrobacterium) 속에 속한 것임이 특징인 제조방법.
제1항 또는 2항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슈도모나스 또는 아그로 박테리움 속에 속한 미생물이 슈도모나스 메소아시도필라 MX-45(Pseudomonas mesoacidophila MX-45 : 수탁번호 FERM BP-3619) 또는 아그로박테리움 라디오박터 MX-232(Agrobacterium radiobacter MX-232 : 수탁번호 FERM BP-3620)인 것이 특징인 제조방법.
수크로스를 트레할룰로스 및 이소말툴로스로 전환시키는 활성을 갖는 슈도모나스 메소아시도필라 MX-45(수탁번호 FERM BP-3619) 및 아그로박테리움 라디오박터 MX-232(수탁번호 FERM BP-3620).
