Claims (4)
- 플래보박테륨 아보레센즈(Flavobacterium arborescens] 또는 에스케리키아 콜라이(Escherichia coli)종에서 선택한 탄수화물 대사에 관련된 효소를 생성할 수 있는 세균을 사용하여 상기 효소의 생산을 증대시키는 방법에 있어서, 상기 세균을, 글루코즈옥심을 함유하는 수성 영양배지내에서 글루코즈 이외의 탄소원을 효소생산을 증대시키기에 충분한 농도로 사용하여 성장시킴을 특징으로 하여 탄수화물 대사에 관련되 효소의 생산을 증대시키는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄소원이 크실로즈, 아라비노즈 또는 락토즈인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세균이 F.아보레센즈 ATCC 4358 또는 NRRL B 11,022인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 세균이 E. 콜라이 NK 6701인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
