Claims (1)

  1. 글루코오스를 함유하는 용액을 글루코오스 이성화 활성이 있고 실리카(SiO2)를 담체 [캐리어 또는 서포터]로 사용하여 조제된 촉매와 접촉시키고, 상기 글루코오스 용액에는 SiO2를 바람직하게는 물 유리의형태로 하여 30 내지 80ppm의 양으로 첨가하는 것이 특징인 글루코오스와 프룩토오스를 함유하는 용액의 제조방법.
