Claims (5)

  1. 0.05몰/ℓ 이상의 농도의 알칼리토류 금속이온을 포함하는 배지중에서 폴리글루탐산을 생산할 수 있는 미생물을 배양함을 특징으로 하는 폴리글루탐산 및 그염의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 미생물이 바실루스속(genus Bacillus0에 속하는 박테리아임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리토류 금속이온이 칼슘이온, 마그네슘 이온 또는 바륨 이온임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 농도가 0.05~0.3몰/ℓ의 범위내임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 바실루스 속은 바실루스 서브틸리스 또는 바실루스 리케니포르미스 종임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
