Claims (5)
- 0.05몰/ℓ 이상의 농도의 알칼리토류 금속이온을 포함하는 배지중에서 폴리글루탐산을 생산할 수 있는 미생물을 배양함을 특징으로 하는 폴리글루탐산 및 그염의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 미생물이 바실루스속(genus Bacillus0에 속하는 박테리아임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 알칼리토류 금속이온이 칼슘이온, 마그네슘 이온 또는 바륨 이온임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 농도가 0.05~0.3몰/ℓ의 범위내임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 바실루스 속은 바실루스 서브틸리스 또는 바실루스 리케니포르미스 종임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
