Claims (2)

  1. DL-타르타르산을 함유하는 배지중에서 슈도모나스(Pseudomonas)속(屬), 크립 토코쿠스(Cryptococcus)속, 트리코스포론(Tricosporon)속 또는 클레브시엘라(Klebsiella)속에 속하며, L-(+)-타르타르산을 자화하는 능력을 가지며 또한 D-(-)-타르타르산을 실질적으로 자화하지 않는 미생물을 배양하고, L-(+)-타르타르산을 부제 분해하여 배양액 중에서 잔류하는 D-(-)-타르타르산을 단리 채취하는 것으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 D-(-)-타르타르산의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 슈도모나스(Pseudomonas)속에 속하는 미생물이 슈도모나스속 푸티다(Pseudomonas Putida)종에 속하는 미생물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조법.
