Claims (21)

  1. 알루미늄으로 만들어진 튜우브(1)와, 알루미늄으로 만들어진 다수의 핀(2)과, 상기 튜우브와 핀의 적어도 하나를 형성하는 알루미늄 모재의 표면에 형성된 화성피막(8)과, 수용액중에서 양이온으로 되어 있는 유기고중 합체로 만들어진 수지피막(9)과를 가지고, 상기 수지피막은 화성피막상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄제 열교환기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기수지 피막(9)은 수용액 중에서 양이온으로 되어 있는 폴리아미드 수지로 만들어 진 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄제 열교환기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지피막(9)은 수용액중에서 양이온으로 되어 있는 카티온 계아크릴 수지로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄제 열교환기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지피막(9)은 수용액중에서 양이온으로 되어 있는 유기고중합체에 4가 금속원소화합물을 첨가한 것부터 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄제 열교환기.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지피막(9)은 수용액중에서 양이온으로 되어 있는 유기고중합체에 콜로이달실리카를 첨가한 것부터 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄제 열교환기.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수지피막(9)은 수용액중에서 양이온으로 되어 있는 유기고중 합체에 살균제와 방취제를 첨가한 것부터 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄제 열교환기.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기화성피막(8)은 인산크롬화성 피막으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄제 열교환기.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 상기화성피막(8)은 인산크롬화성 피막으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄제 열교환기.
  9. 제3항에 있어서, 상기화성피막(8)은 인산크롬화성피막으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄제 열교환기.
  10. 제4항에 있어서, 상기화성피막(8)은 인산크롬화성 피막으로 만들어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄제 열교환기.

  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기화성피막(8)은 크롬산크로메이트 화성피막으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄제 열교환기.
  14. 제2항에 있어서 상기화성피막(8)은 크롬산크로메이트 화성 피막으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄제 열교환기.
  15. 제3항에 있어서, 상기화성피막(8)은 크롬산크로메이트 화성 피막으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로하는 알루미늄제 열교환기.
  16. 제4항에 있어서, 상기화성피막(8)은 크롬산크로메이트 화성 피막으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄제 열교환기.
  17. 제5항에 있어서, 상기화성피막(8)은 크롬산크로메이트 화성피막으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄제 열교환기.
  18. 제6항에 있어서, 상기화성피막(8)은 크롬산크로메이트 화성피막으로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄제 열교환기.
  19. 열교환기를 가지기 위하여 알루미늄 튜우브(1)와 알루미늄핀(2)을 조립하는 제1단계와 상기 튜우브와 핀의 알루미늄모재의 표면에 화성피막(8)을 형성하기 위하여 화성피막용 수용액중에 열교환기를 침지하는 제2단계와, 상기 화성피막상에 유기고중합재료로 만들어진 수지피막(9)을 형성하기 위하여 수용액중에서 양이온으로 되어 있는 유기고중합재료의 수용액으로 화성피막을 가질 열교환기를 침지하는 제3단계와를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄제 열교환기의 제조방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 유기고중합재료의 수용액은 4가 금속염을 첨가하고, pH2-7간의 범위내로 조정한 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 알미늄 제 열교환기의 제조방법.
  21. 제19항에 있어서, 상기 유기고중합재료의 수용액은 양이온성으로 하전된 분산하는 콜로이달실리카를 첨가한 수용액인 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄제 열교환기의 제조방법.
