Claims (8)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)을 갖는 중간체 트리아자디온의 기 E를 경우에 따라서는 용매로 사용이 가능한 산 존재하 또 필요한 경우 반응-불활성용매 준재하 고온에서 제거시키거나; 또는 다음 일반식(Ⅵ)의 중간체를 시아나이드와 반응시켜서 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)을 갖는 화합물, 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 산부가염과 일체 화학적 이성체를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, R1,R2및 R3는 각각 독립해서 수소, 할로, 트리플루오로메틸, C1-6알킬, C1-6알킬옥시, C1-6알킬티오 또는 C1-6알킬설포닐; R4및 R5는 각각 독립해서 수소, 할로, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 C1-6알킬; 또 R은 수소, C1-6알킬, 시클로 C3-6알킬 또는 경우에 따라 할로, 트리플루오로메틸, C1-6알킬, C1-6알킬옥시, C1-6알킬티오와 C1-6알킬설포닐옥시로부터 각각 독립적으로 선정한 3개 까지의 치환체로 치환된 페닐이며, E는 카르복시, 설포닐옥시, 설피닐옥시기, 아미도, 시아노, C1-6알킬설포닐옥시, 페닐설포닐옥시, C1-6알킬페닐설포닐옥시와 할로페닐설포닐옥시와 C1-6알킬옥시카르보닐 등의 친전자성기이고, W 는 할로, 메틸설포닐옥시 또는 4-메틸페닐설포닐옥시 등의 반응이탈기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, E가 카르복시기이고, W가 할로, 메틸설포닐옥시 또는 4-메틸페닐설포닐옥시기인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, E가 카르복시인 중간체(Ⅲ)가 다음 일반식(Ⅲ-a)의 중간체를 가수분해반응시켜 제조되는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제조방법.상기에서 ,E1은 시아노, C1-6알킬옥시카르보닐 또는 아미도 이다.
- 제3항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅲ-a)의 중간체가 다음 일반식(Ⅱ-a)의 중간체를 출발물질로 하는 고리화반응에 의해 제조되는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제조방법.상기식ㄴ에서, L은 C1-6알킬옥시 또는 할로 등의 반응 이탈기이다.
- 제4항에 있어서, L이 C1-6알킬옥시 또는 할로이며 또 고리화 반응을 산성매질 중에서 진행시키는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 산성매질이 알카리금속 아세테이트 존재하의 아세트산인 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ-a)의 중간체가 다음 일반식(Ⅶ)의 디아조늄과 다음 일반식(Ⅶ)의 중간체를 반응시켜 제조되는 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물의 제조방법.상기에서, X는 산에서 유래하는 음이온이다.
- 제7항에 있어서, X-가 할라이드, L가 C1-6알킬옥시 또 E1이 시아노인 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
