Abstract

Inventia se refera la un procedeu de preparare a unor derivati de alta-aril-4 (4,5-dihidro-3,5-dioxo-1,2,4-triazin-2(3H)-il)-benzenacetonitrili avand formula generala I : (vezi formula) în care R1, R2 si R3 reprezinta hidrogen, halogen, trifluormetil, alchil, alchiloxi, alchiltio, alchilsulfonic, R4 si R5 reprezinta hidrogen, halogen, alchil , cicloalchil sau fenil. Procedeul consta în aceea ca se ciclizeaza un compus cu formula generala II: (vezi formula) în care E este cian, C1-C6 alchiloxicarbamil sau amido si L este un atom de halogen sau alchiloxi inferior în acid acetic în prezenta de acetat de metal alcalin la temperatura de reflux a unui amestec de reactie astfel dand un compus: care se histrolizeaza pentru a da un compus cu formula generala IV: (vezi formula) si apoi eliminand grupa carboxil în acid 2-mercaptoacetic la temperatura de 160..200 degree C.
