- 하기 구조식(Ⅱ)의 1-(2-피리미디닐) 피페라진을 하기 구조식(Ⅲ)의 디할로알칸으로 강염기의 존재하에 처리하여서 하기 구조식(I)의 스피로-쿼터너리 할라이드를 제조하는 방법 :X-CH2CH2(CH2)nCH2-X'윗식에서 n=1 혹 2, X와 X'=염소, 브롬 혹은 요오드.
- 구조식(Ⅲ)의 화합물이 1,4-디브로모부탄인 청구범위 1에 따르는 방법.
- 구조식(Ⅲ)의 화합물이 1,4-디클로로부탄인 청구범위 1에 따르는 방법.
- 하기 구조식(I)의 스피로-쿼터너리 암모늄 할라이드와 하기 구조식(V)의 스피로-치환된 글루타르아미드를 강염기하에 농축시켜서 하기 구조식(Ⅳ)의 N-(2-피리미디닐)-피페라지닐알킬아자스피로알칸디온의 제조방법 :윗식에서 n=1 혹은 2, t=4 혹은 5, X=염소, 브롬 혹은 요오드임.
