Claims (10)
- 금속 불순물 함유량의 분석방법으로서,
분석 대상수를, 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 음이온 교환체에 통액시킴으로써, 상기 분석 대상수 중의 금속 불순물을, 상기 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 음이온 교환체에 포착시키는 불순물 포착공정(1)과,
용리액을, 상기 분석 대상수 중의 금속 불순물을 포착시킨 상기 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 음이온 교환체에 통액시키고, 배출액을 회수함으로써, 상기 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 음이온 교환체로부터 용리시킨 상기 분석 대상수 중의 금속 불순물을 함유하는 회수 용리액을 얻는 용리공정(1)과,
상기 회수 용리액 중의 각 금속 불순물의 함유량을 측정하는 측정공정(1)
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 불순물 함유량의 분석방법. - 금속 불순물 함유량의 분석방법으로서,
분석 대상수를, 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 양이온 교환체에 통액시킴으로써, 상기 분석 대상수 중의 금속 불순물을, 상기 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 양이온 교환체에 포착시키는 불순물 포착공정(2)와,
용리액을, 상기 분석 대상수 중의 금속 불순물을 포착시킨 상기 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 양이온 교환체에 통액시키고, 배출액을 회수함으로써, 상기 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 양이온 교환체로부터 용리시킨 상기 분석 대상수 중의 금속 불순물을 함유하는 회수 용리액을 얻는 용리공정(2)와,
상기 회수 용리액 중의 각 금속 불순물의 함유량을 측정하는 측정공정(2)
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 불순물 함유량의 분석방법. - 금속 불순물 함유량의 분석방법으로서,
분석 대상수를, 먼저, 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 양이온 교환체, 이어서, 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 음이온 교환체의 순서, 또는 먼저, 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 음이온 교환체, 이어서, 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 양이온 교환체의 순서로 통액시키고, 상기 분석 대상수 중의 금속 불순물을, 상기 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 양이온 교환체 및 상기 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 음이온 교환체에 포착시키는 불순물 포착공정(3)과,
용리액을, 먼저, 상기 분석 대상수 중의 금속 불순물을 포착시킨 상기 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 양이온 교환체, 이어서, 상기 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 음이온 교환체의 순서, 또는 먼저, 상기 분석 대상수 중의 금속 불순물을 포착시킨 상기 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 음이온 교환체, 이어서, 상기 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 양이온 교환체의 순서로 통액시키고, 배출액을 회수함으로써, 상기 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 양이온 교환체 및 상기 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 음이온 교환체로부터 용리시킨 상기 분석 대상수 중의 금속 불순물을 함유하는 회수 용리액을 얻는 용리공정(3)과,
상기 회수 용리액 중의 각 금속 불순물의 함유량을 측정하는 측정공정(3)
을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 불순물 함유량의 분석방법. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분석 대상수가, 금속 불순물로서, 적어도, 이온성 불순물 원소 및 금속 불순물 미립자를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 불순물 함유량의 분석방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분석 대상수 중의 각 금속 불순물의 함유량이 1.000ppt 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 불순물 함유량의 분석방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용리액이, 0.1 내지 2.0N의 산인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 불순물 함유량의 분석방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 용리액이, 각 금속 불순물의 함유량이 100ppt 이하의 질산 또는 염산인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 불순물 함유량의 분석방법.
- 금속 불순물 함유량의 분석 키트로서,
적어도 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 음이온 교환체를 구비하고, 분석 대상수를, 모놀리스 형상 유기 다공질 음이온 교환체에, 통과시키기 위한 플로우 셀(1)과,
상기 플로우 셀을 통과한 분석 대상수의 양을 계측하기 위한 적산 유량계
를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속 불순물 함유량의 분석 키트. - 금속 불순물 함유량의 분석 키트로서,
