Claims (18)
- 공정 유닛으로 스트림을 유동 분할 및 분배하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 스트림이 상기 유닛 내의 구조화 요소를 통과하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되고,
상기 구조화 요소는 상기 구조화 요소의 입방 미터 당 200 내지 800,000 평방 미터의 표면 영역을 갖는 접촉 표면을 가지고, 스트림의 유동 분할 및 분배를 용이하게 하기에 충분한 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서, 구조화 요소의 접촉면은 100 나노 미터에서 11 밀리미터 크기의 스트림에서 원하지 않는 종의 여과 및 완화를 용이하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구조화 요소는 구조화 요소 1 입방 미터 당 10,000 평방 미터 이상의 표면 영역을 갖는 접촉 표면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구조화 요소는 1 평방 미터 당 최대 800,000 평방 미터의 표면 영역을 갖는 접촉 표면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구조화 요소는 하나 이상의 상호 연결된 유닛 셀을 포함하고, 각각의 유닛 셀은 프레임 및 복수의 면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 프레임 및 상기 복수의 면은 3차원 구조를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 상호 접속된 유닛 셀들은 3차원 구조를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 구조화 요소는 상부에 복수의 돌기가 형성된 접촉 표면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.

- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 접촉 표면은 상기 프레임의 표면, 상기 돌기의 표면 및 상기면의 표면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 스트림으로부터 유닛으로 원하지 않는 종의 완화하는 방법에 있어서,

상기 구조화 요소는 구조 요소의 입방 미터 당 200 내지 800,000 평방 미터의 표면 영역을 갖는 접촉 표면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 표면은 바람직하지 않은 종을 끌어당기고, 보유하고, 완화시키는 능력을 제공하는 기하학적 특성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 유닛으로 스트림의 유동 분할 및 분배를 용이하게 하는 방법에 있어서,
상기 스트림이 상기 유닛 내의 구조화 요소를 통과하는 단계, 상기 구조화 요소는 스트림의 유동 분할 및 분배를 용이하게 하기에 충분한 양으로 존재하고; 및
상기 스트림을 구조화 요소의 접촉 표면과 접촉시켜 스트림의 유동 분할 및 분배를 용이하게 하는 단계를 포함하여 구성되고,
구조화 요소는 상기 구조화 요소의 입방 미터 당 200 내지 800,000 평방 미터의 표면 영역을 갖는 접촉 표면을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법. - 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 구조화 요소는 여과가 가능하고 100 나노 미터에서 11 밀리미터의 크기의 미립자를 효과적으로 제거할 수 있는 여과 능력을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 스트림은 산업 공정 스트림이고 상기 유닛은 산업 공정 유닛인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 산업 공정 스트림은 탄화수소 또는 무기물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
