도 2는 Si-Si2Cr 공정합금의 단면의 SEM 화상을 나타내는 도면이다.
도 3은 Cr/Ti비를 변화시킨 Si-Si2Cr 공정합금의 XRD이다.
도 4의 (a)는 Cr과 Ti의 합계량을 변화시킨 Si-Si2Cr 공정합금의 SEM 화상을 나타내는 도면이고, Cr과 Ti의 합계량이 17%인 경우이다.
도 4의 (b)는 Cr과 Ti의 합계량을 변화시킨 Si-Si2Cr 공정합금의 SEM 화상을 나타내는 도면이고, Cr과 Ti의 합계량이 19%인 경우이다.
Claims (11)
- 리튬이온 이차전지용 Si계 합금 음극재료로서,
상기 Si계 합금 음극재료가, Si로 이루어지는 Si 주요상과, 2종 이상의 원소로 이루어지는 화합물상으로 구성되는 합금의 상으로 이루어지고,
상기 2종 이상의 원소가, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zr, Nb 및 Mg로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 제1 첨가원소 A와, S, Se, Te, Bi 및 Zn으로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종 이상의 저융점의 제2 첨가원소 B를 포함하며,
상기 화합물상이,
- Si 및 제1 첨가원소 A로 이루어지는 제1 화합물상과,
- 제1 첨가원소 A 및 제2 첨가원소 B로 이루어지는 제2 화합물상과,
- 2종 이상의 제2 첨가원소 B로 이루어지는 제3 화합물상 및 제2 첨가원소 B의 단상의 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽으로 이루어지거나, 또는
- Si 및 제1 첨가원소 A로 이루어지는 화합물상과,
- 2종 이상의 제2 첨가원소 B로 이루어지는 화합물상 및 제2 첨가원소 B의 단상의 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽으로 이루어지고, 또한,
상기 Si 주요상의 평균 짧은축 폭이 4㎛ 이하인 Si계 합금 음극재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 2종 이상의 원소로 이루어지는 화합물상이,
- Si 및 제1 첨가원소 A로 이루어지는 제1 화합물상과,
- 제1 첨가원소 A 및 제2 첨가원소 B로 이루어지는 제2 화합물상과,
- 2종 이상의 제2 첨가원소 B로 이루어지는 제3 화합물상 및 제2 첨가원소 B의 단상의 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽으로 이루어지는 Si계 합금 음극재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 2종 이상의 원소로 이루어지는 화합물상이,
- Si 및 제1 첨가원소 A로 이루어지는 화합물상과,
- 2종 이상의 제2 첨가원소 B로 이루어지는 화합물상 및 제 2 첨가원소 B의 단상의 어느 한쪽 또는 양쪽으로 이루어지는 Si계 합금 음극재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 첨가원소 A를 0.5~40at%의 양으로 함유하는 Si계 합금 음극재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제2 첨가원소 B를 0.1~25at%의 양으로 함유하는 Si계 합금 음극재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 첨가원소 A 및 상기 제2 첨가원소 B를 12~25at%의 합계량으로 포함하는 Si계 합금 음극재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 첨가원소 A로서 적어도 Cu를 0.5~75at% 함유하고, 상기 제 1 화합물상이 SixCuy상(단, x<y)의 조성을 가지며, SixCuy상으로 이루어지는 금속간 화합물상이 상기 Si 주요상을 포위하고 있는 Si계 합금 음극재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 첨가원소 A로서 적어도 Cr 및 Ti를 합계로 12~21at% 함유하고(단, Ti가 0at%인 경우를 포함), Cr%/(Cr%+Ti%)의 비가 0.15~1.00인 Si계 합금 음극재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
Cu 및 Bi로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 합계로 0.1~5at% 포함하는 Si계 합금 음극재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
Bi를 0.1~3at%의 양으로 포함하는 Si계 합금 음극재료. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 Si 주요상이 아모퍼스 구조를 가지는 Si계 합금 음극재료.
