Claims (5)
- 急冷凝固によって得られた粉末であり、
上記粉末が、コアとこのコアの表面の全部又は一部を覆うカバーとを備えており、
上記コアが、Siからなる主要相と、化合物相とを有しており、
上記化合物相が、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zr、Nb、Ge、Al、Sn、Zn、Pb、In、P、Bi及びMgからなる群より選択された1又は2以上の元素と、Siとの化合物から形成された第一相を含んでおり、
上記カバーの主成分がBiであり、
上記カバーの厚みが100nm以上10μm以下であり、
上記コアの表面の面積に対する、この表面のうち上記カバーで覆われた部分の面積の比率P1が、15%以上95%以下である蓄電デバイスの負極用粉末。 - 上記化合物相が、Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zr、Nb、Ge、Al、Sn、Zn、Pb、In、P、Bi及びMgからなる群より選択された1又は2以上の元素から形成された第二相をさらに含む請求項1に記載の粉末。
- 上記Biの含有率が0.1at.%以上10at.%以下である請求項1又は2に記載の粉末。
- 上記第一相がCuxSiyである請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の粉末。
(上記化学式において、xは自然数であり、yはxよりも小さい自然数である。) - 上記第一相がCrSi2、TiSi2又は(Cr,Ti)Si2である請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の粉末。
