Claims (13)
- 양극, 발광층, 및 음극의 순서로 층을 갖는 유기 전계 발광 소자로서,
상기 발광층에 함유되는 전하 수송 재료와 발광 재료의 총 수가 5 종류 이상이며, 또한 상기 발광층에 함유되는 전하 수송 재료의 총 수가 3 종류 이상인, 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 발광층에 함유되는 전하 수송 재료의 총 수가 4 종류 이상인, 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 발광층에 이온화 포텐셜 및 전자 친화력 중 적어도 일방의 값이 상이한 전하 수송 재료가 3 종류 이상 함유되는, 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 발광층에 함유되는 임의의 전하 수송 재료를 2 종 골라냈을 때의, 상기 전하 수송 재료의 이온화 포텐셜의 차 및 전자 친화력의 차 중 적어도 일방이 0.30 eV 이하인 관계를 만족시키는 조합이, 1 개 이상 존재하는, 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 발광층에 함유되는 임의의 전하 수송 재료를 2 종 골라냈을 때의, 상기 전하 수송 재료의 이온화 포텐셜의 차 및 전자 친화력의 차 중 적어도 일방이 0.30 eV 이하인 관계를 만족시키는 조합이, 2 개 이상 존재하는, 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 발광층에 함유되는 임의의 전하 수송 재료를 2 종 골라냈을 때의, 상기 전하 수송 재료의 이온화 포텐셜의 차 및 전자 친화력의 차 중 적어도 일방이 0.20 eV 이하인 관계를 만족시키는 조합이, 2 개 이상 존재하는, 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 발광층에 함유되는 임의의 전하 수송 재료 및 발광 재료로부터 골라낸 2 종의 재료의, 이온화 포텐셜의 차 및 전자 친화력의 차 중 적어도 일방이 0.20 eV 이하인 관계를 만족시키는 조합이, 3 개 이상 존재하는, 유기 전계 발광 소자. - 서로 상이한 색으로 발광하는 유기 전계 발광 소자를 2 개 이상 갖는 유기 전계 발광 디바이스로서,
제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 유기 전계 발광 소자를 1 개 이상 갖는, 유기 전계 발광 디바이스. - 서로 상이한 색으로 발광하는 유기 전계 발광 소자를 2 개 이상 갖는 유기 전계 발광 디바이스로서,
상기 2 개 이상의 유기 전계 발광 소자가 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 유기 전계 발광 소자만으로 구성되는, 유기 전계 발광 디바이스. - 제 8 항에 기재된 유기 전계 발광 디바이스를 사용한, 유기 EL 표시 장치.
- 제 8 항에 기재된 유기 전계 발광 디바이스를 사용한, 유기 EL 조명.
- 제 9 항에 기재된 유기 전계 발광 디바이스를 사용한, 유기 EL 표시 장치.
- 제 9 항에 기재된 유기 전계 발광 디바이스를 사용한, 유기 EL 조명.
