Claims (11)
- 하기 일반식(1):
xBaTiO3-yBiFeO3-zBi(M0.5Ti0.5)03 (1)
로 표현된 페로브스카이트형 금속산화물로 이루어진 압전재료로서,
여기서, M은 Mg와 Ni로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소이며, x는 0.25≤x≤0.75를 충족시키고, y는 0.15≤y≤0.70을 충족시키고, z는 0.05≤z≤0.60을 충족시키며, x+y+z=1을 충족시키는, 압전재료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 일반식(1)에 있어서, x는 0.25≤x≤0.55를 충족시키고, y는 0.20≤y≤0.70을 충족시키고, z는 0.05≤z≤0.25를 충족시키는, 압전재료.
- 하기 일반식(2):
xBaTiO3-yBiFeO3-zBi(M0.5Ti0.5)03 (2)
로 표현된 페로브스카이트형 금속산화물로 이루어진 압전재료로서,
여기서, M은 Mg와 Ni로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소이며, x는 0.10≤x<0.25를 충족시키고, y는 0.15≤y≤0.30을 충족시키고, z는 0.45≤z≤0.75를 충족시키며, x+y+z=1을 충족시키는, 압전재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 압전재료에는, 0.05질량%이상 3.0질량%이하의 Mn 및 Cu로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소를 함유하는, 압전재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 압전재료가 세라믹이며,
상기 세라믹의 결정립의 평균 원 상당 지름이 500nm이상 5㎛이하이며,
상기 결정립의 최대 원 상당 지름이 5㎛이상 10㎛이하인, 압전재료.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 압전재료가 세라믹이며,
상기 세라믹의 결정립이 확산상 전이구조를 갖는, 압전재료.
- 하기 일반식(3):
lBaTiO3-mBiFeO3-nBi(M0.5Ti0.5)03 (3)
로 표현된 페로브스카이트형 금속산화물로 이루어진 압전재료로서,
여기서, M은 Mg와 Ni로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소이며, l은 0<l<1을 충족시키고, m은 0<m<1을 충족시키고, n은 0<n<1을 충족시키고, l+m+n=1을 충족시키고,
상기 압전재료가 세라믹이며,
상기 세라믹의 결정립이 확산상 전이구조를 갖는, 압전재료.
- 제1 전극;
압전재료; 및
제2 전극을 구비한 압전소자로서,
상기 압전재료가 청구항 1 내지 7 중 어느 한 항에 따른 압전재료를 포함하는, 압전소자.
- 청구항 8에 따른 압전소자를 갖는 진동부를 포함한 액실; 및
상기 액실과 연통하는 토출구를 구비한, 액체 토출 헤드.
- 청구항 8에 따른 압전소자를 갖는 진동체; 및
상기 진동체와 접하여 있는 이동체를 구비한, 초음파 모터.
- 청구항 8에 따른 압전소자를 갖는 진동부를 구비한, 진애 제거 장치.
