Claims (16)
- 에틸렌테레프탈레이트를 95 몰% 이상 반복 단위로 하는 내마모성 폴리에스테르 섬유로서, 이하의 요건 (1)~(5)를 만족하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리에스테르 섬유:
(1) 섬도가 8 dtex 이상 200 dtex 이하,
(2) 단사 섬도가 1.0 dtex 이상 4.0 dtex 이하,
(3) 파단 강도가 3.5 cN/dtex 이상,
(4) 파단 신도가 20% 이상 50% 이하, 및
(5) 섬유의 응력-변형 곡선에 있어서의, 신도 2% 이상 5% 이하 영역의 최소 미분 영율이 20 cN/dtex 이하. - 제1항에 있어서, 이하의 요건(6)을 더 만족하는 폴리에스테르 섬유:
(6) 실 마모 강도가 0.5 회/dtex 이상. - 제1항에 있어서, 이하의 요건(7)을 더 만족하는 폴리에스테르 섬유:
(7) 극한 점도가 0.70 dl/g 이상 1.30 dl/g 이하. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 이하의 요건(8)을 더 만족하는 폴리에스테르 섬유:
(8) 결정화도가 60%~90%이며, 또한, 배향도가 0.70~0.92임. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재한 폴리에스테르 섬유가 함유된 내마모성 직물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 마틴데일 마모 시험에 의한 중량 감소율이 3만회에서 5% 이하인 직물인 내마모성 직물.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 직물 조직이 립스탑(Ripstop) 타프타(Taffeta)인 직물인 내마모성 직물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재한 폴리에스테르 섬유가 함유된 내마모성 편물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 단위 중량이 80~350 g/㎡인 내마모성 편물.
- 이하의 공정을 포함하는 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재한 내마모성 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조 방법:
극한 점도가 0.70 dl/g 이상 1.30 dl/g 이하인 폴리에스테르를 용융 방사,
한계 연신 배율의 65% 이상 85% 이하의 연신 배율로 연신 처리, 그리고
열처리 온도 120℃ 이상 220℃ 이하, 릴렉스율 5% 이상 15% 이하에서 이완 열처리. - 제10항에 있어서, 연신 처리한 후, 일단 권취하고, 그 후 이완 열처리하는 내마모성 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 연신 처리에 이어서, 일단 권취하지 않고서 이완 열처리하는 내마모성 폴리에스테르 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 염색 가공 공정에서 셋트시에 이완 열처리하는 제5항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 기재한 내마모 직물의 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 180~200℃에서 가연 가공된 폴리에스테르 섬유가 함유된 직물을 가연 온도 이상의 온도에서 이완 열처리하는 내마모 직물의 제조 방법.
- 염색 가공 공정에서 셋트시에 이완 열처리하는 제8항 또는 제9항에 기재한 내마모 편물의 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 180~200℃에서 가연 가공된 폴리에스테르 섬유가 함유된 편물을 가연 온도 이상의 온도에서 이완 열처리하는 내마모 편물의 제조 방법.
