Claims (16)
- 적어도 하나의 주표면을 갖는 제1 기재;
적어도 하나의 주표면을 갖는 제2 기재; 및
제1 기재의 적어도 하나의 주표면과 제2 기재의 적어도 하나의 주표면 사이에서 이들 주표면과 접촉하여 위치하는 운점 저항성의 광학적으로 투명한 접착제 조성물 - 여기서, 접착제 조성물은 알킬 기 내에 1 내지 14개의 탄소를 갖는 알킬 아크릴레이트 약 60 내지 약 95 중량부; 공중합성 극성 단량체 0 내지 약 5부; 및 OH 당량이 400 미만인 하이드록실-함유 단량체 약 5 내지 약 50부를 포함하는 전구체로부터 유도됨 - 을 포함하는 광학적으로 투명한 라미네이트. - 제1항에 있어서, 제1 기재, 제2 기재, 또는 제1 기재 및 제2 기재 둘 모두는 디스플레이 패널, 터치 패널, 광학 필름, 커버 렌즈 또는 창유리로부터 선택되는 광학적으로 투명한 라미네이트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 커버 렌즈는 유리, 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 또는 폴리카르보네이트 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 광학적으로 투명한 라미네이트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 디스플레이 패널은 액정 디스플레이, 플라즈마 디스플레이, OLED 디스플레이, 전기습윤 디스플레이(electrowetting display), 및 음극선관 디스플레이로부터 선택되는 광학적으로 투명한 라미네이트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 광학 필름은 반사기, 편광기, 거울, 눈부심 방지 또는 반사 방지 필름, 파편 방지 필름(anti-splinter film), 확산기, 또는 전자기 간섭 필터로부터 선택되는 광학적으로 투명한 라미네이트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 접착제 조성물은 두께가 약 100 ㎛ 초과인 광학적으로 투명한 라미네이트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 적어도 70℃ 및 90%의 상대 습도의 환경에 적어도 72시간 동안 두고 실온으로 냉각한 후에 관찰했을 때 투명하게 유지되는 광학적으로 투명한 라미네이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 15 내지 약 15부의 하이드록실-작용성 단량체를 포함하며,
60℃ 및 90%의 상대 습도에서 1주 또는 건조 환경의 85℃에서 1주 중 어느 하나의 환경 조건에 노출된 후에 기포를 나타내거나, 층분리되거나 또는 혼탁하게 변하지 않는 광학적으로 투명한 라미네이트. - 제8항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 기재가 폴리카르보네이트 또는 폴리(메틸)메타크릴레이트인 광학적으로 투명한 라미네이트.
- 알킬 아크릴레이트와 공중합성 극성 단량체 100부를 기준으로,
알킬 기 내에 1 내지 14개의 탄소를 갖는 알킬 아크릴레이트 약 75 내지 약 95 중량부; 및
친수성 중합체 화합물 약 1 내지 약 25부를 포함하는 전구체로부터 유도되는 광학적으로 투명한 접착제 조성물. - 제10항에 있어서,
알킬 아크릴레이트와 하이드록실-함유 단량체 100부를 기준으로,
알킬 기 내에 1 내지 14개의 탄소를 갖는 알킬 아크릴레이트 약 65 내지 약 90 중량부; 및
하이드록실-함유 단량체 약 15 내지 약 30 중량부를 포함하는 광학적으로 투명한 접착제 조성물. - 제11항에 있어서, 알킬 아크릴레이트는 2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트, 아이소옥틸아크릴레이트, 아이소보르닐아크릴레이트 또는 그 조합을 포함하는 광학적으로 투명한 접착제 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서,
2-에틸헥실아크릴레이트, 아이소옥틸아크릴레이트 또는 그 조합 약 55 내지 약 65 중량%;
아이소보르닐아크릴레이트 약 10 내지 약 25 중량%; 및
2-하이드록시에틸아크릴레이트 약 15 내지 약 30 중량%를 포함하는 광학적으로 투명한 접착제 조성물. - 적어도 하나의 주표면을 갖는 제1 기재;
적어도 하나의 주표면을 갖는 제2 기재; 및
제1 기재의 적어도 하나의 주표면과 제2 기재의 적어도 하나의 주표면 사이에서 이들 주표면과 접촉하여 위치하는 운점 저항성의 광학적으로 투명한 접착제 조성물 - 여기서, 접착제는 수증기 투과율(moisture-vapor transmission rate)이 적어도 400 g/㎡/일임 - 을 포함하는 광학적으로 투명한 라미네이트. - 제14항에 있어서, 수증기 투과율이 적어도 500 g/㎡/일인 광학적으로 투명한 라미네이트.
- 제14항에 있어서,
광학적으로 투명한 접착제는, 알킬 아크릴레이트와 하이드록실-함유 단량체 100부를 기준으로,
알킬 기 내에 1 내지 14개의 탄소를 갖는 알킬 아크릴레이트 약 65 내지 약 90 중량부; 및
하이드록실-함유 단량체 약 15 내지 약 30 중량부를 포함하는 광학적으로 투명한 라미네이트.
