Claims (10)
- 백작약, 숙지황, 황기, 당귀, 천궁, 계피, 감초, 생강 및 대추로 이루어진 쌍화탕 성분에 지구자를 혼합하여 열수추출한 지구자를 포함하는 가미 쌍화탕을 함유하는 숙취해소용 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,백작약 10 중량부에 대하여, 지구자 10 내지 15, 숙지황 6 내지 17, 황기 6 내지 17, 당귀 6 내지 17, 천궁 6 내지 17, 계피 3 내지 14, 감초 3 내지 14, 생강 2 내지 14 및 대추 4 내지 8 중량부를 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 조성물은 알코올 섭취 전 또는 후에 혈액 내의 알코올 함량을 낮추는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,건강식품의 형태로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 백작약, 숙지황, 황기, 당귀, 천궁, 계피, 감초, 생강 및 대추를 혼합하여 열수추출한 쌍화탕에 유산균을 접종하여 발효시킴으로써 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쌍화탕 유산균 발효물을 포함하는 숙취해소용 조성물.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,백작약 10 중량부에 대하여, 숙지황 6 내지 17, 황기 6 내지 17, 당귀 6 내지 17, 천궁 6 내지 17, 계피 3 내지 14, 감초 3 내지 14, 생강 2 내지 14 및 대추 4 내지 8 중량부를 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,유산균은 락토바실러스 퍼멘텀(Lactobacillus fermentum), 락토바실러스 가세리(Lactobacillus gasseri), 락토바실러스 카세이(Lactobacillus casei), 락토바실러스 아시도필러스(Lactobacillus acidophilus), 락토바실러스 람노서스 (Lactobacillus rhamnosus)로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물
- 청구항 5에 있어서,유산균은 락토바실러스 퍼멘텀(Lactobacillus fermentum)인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 청구항 5에 있어서,상기 조성물은 알코올 섭취 전 또는 후에 혈액 내의 알코올 함량을 낮추는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
