背景技术
由于肝胃在生理上的相互联系,因而在病理上也是相互影响的。若饮食失节,食滞胃脘,胃失和降,亦可影响及肝的升清与运化,可出现腹胀泄泻等症。而大量饮酒的人往往容易出现肝病、胃病。

模型组:喂食白开水30天后向小白鼠注射与实验组等量的无水乙醇,注射后1小时处死小白鼠;
空白组:喂食白开水30天后处死小白鼠。
处死小白鼠后暴露完整的肝和胃,观察肝和胃的损伤程度和统计出血点个数。
经观察和统计,空白组小白鼠未发现出血点,模型组小白鼠损伤程度和出血点个数远大于实验组小白鼠。
综上所述,本发明制备方法制备的健胃保肝冲剂通过将罗汉果、陈皮、橄榄、薏苡仁、灵芝、松茸、白松露、猴头菇、生姜和竹荪按一定比例混合,提取有效成分后制成冲剂,可起到健胃、保肝的作用。

Claims (3)
1.一种健胃保肝冲剂,其特征在于:包括如下重量份的原料制备而成:罗汉果10~20份、陈皮10~20份、橄榄10~20份、薏苡仁10~20份、灵芝10~20份、松茸10~20份、白松露10~20份、猴头菇10~20份、生姜10~20份和竹荪10~20份。
2.一种健胃保肝冲剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤1、按重量份将如下原料:罗汉果10~20份、陈皮10~20份、橄榄10~20份、薏苡仁10~20份、灵芝10~20份、松茸10~20份、白松露10~20份、猴头菇10~20份、生姜10~20份、竹荪10~20份一起放入沸水1000~2000份中煎煮40~50min,过滤后取滤液;
步骤2、将步骤1所得滤渣放入6倍滤渣重量的沸水中煎煮40~50min,过滤后取滤液;
步骤3、将步骤1和步骤2所得滤液合并,加热浓缩,得稠膏;
步骤4、向步骤3所得稠膏中加入质量浓度为95%的乙醇溶液,搅拌均匀后静置冷藏12~24小时,然后过滤,取下层稠膏;
步骤5、向步骤4过滤后所得滤液加入质量浓度为95%的乙醇溶液,搅拌均匀后静置冷藏12~24小时,然后过滤,取下层稠膏;
步骤6、将步骤4和步骤5所得下层稠膏合并,向其中加入水溶性赋形剂,搅拌后通过颗粒机制成颗粒,水溶性赋形剂的添加量为2~4倍下层稠膏重量;
步骤7、将步骤6所得颗粒在70~80℃条件下干燥至水分含量低于2%,即得健胃保肝冲剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的健胃保肝冲剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述水溶性赋形剂的组分包括重量比为1∶2~1∶3的蔗糖和糊精。
