Claims (7)
- 직류 전원측에 리액터와 컨덴서로 이루어진 LC 필터 회로를 갖고, 상기 컨덴서의 양단 전압(컨덴서 전압)을 임의 주파수의 교류 전압으로 변환하는 인버터를 통하여 교류 전동기를 벡터 제어하는 교류 전동기의 벡터 제어 장치에 있어서,상기 교류 전동기를 전류 지령, 또는 토크 지령에 따라 벡터 제어를 행하는 벡터 제어부와,상기 컨덴서 전압의 변동을 억제하는 댐핑(damping) 조작량을 산출하는 댐핑 제어부를 구비하고,상기 댐핑 제어부는 상기 컨덴서 전압의 변동 비율을 산출하고, 그 변동 비율에 따른 상기 댐핑 조작량에 의해 상기 벡터 제어부의 상기 전류 지령, 또는 상기 토크 지령을 조작하여, 상기 컨덴서 전압의 변동에 대해 변동을 억제하는 방향으로 상기 인버터를 흐르는 전류가 변화하도록 상기 인버터를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 전동기의 벡터 제어 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 댐핑 제어부는 입력된 상기 컨덴서 전압을, 상기 컨덴서 전압에 포함되는 직류 성분으로 나누는 것에 의해, 상기 컨덴서 전압의 변동 비율을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 전동기의 벡터 제어 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 댐핑 제어부는 상기 컨덴서 전압에 포함되는 불필요한 고주파 성분을 커트한 신호와, 상기 컨덴서 전압에 포함되는 직류 성분을 가산한 신호를, 상기 컨덴서 전압에 포함되는 직류 성분으로 나누는 것에 의해, 상기 컨덴서 전압의 변동 비율을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 전동기의 벡터 제어 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 댐핑 제어부는 상기 컨덴서 전압의 변동 비율을 제곱하여 상기 댐핑 조작량을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 전동기의 벡터 제어 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 댐핑 제어부는상기 교류 전동기의 역행(力行) 운전시에는 상기 컨덴서 전압의 변동 비율을 제곱하여 얻은 신호의 값을 댐핑 조작량으로 하고,상기 교류 전동기의 회생 운전시에는 상기 컨덴서 전압의 변동 비율을 제곱하여 얻은 신호의 위상을 반전한 신호의 값을 댐핑 조작량으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 전동기의 벡터 제어 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 댐핑 제어부는 상기 댐핑 조작량의 상하한을 리미터로 제한하는 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 전동기의 벡터 제어 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 교류 전동기는 전기차 구동용의 교류 전동기인 것을 특징으로 하는 교류 전동기의 벡터 제어 장치.
