Claims (7)
- 셀 벽에 의해 분리된 복수의 셀이 길이 방향을 따라 병행하여 형성된 기둥 형상의 허니컴 구조체에 촉매 입자가 담지된 촉매 담지 허니컴으로서,상기 허니컴 구조체는 주로 무기 섬유로 이루어지고,상기 촉매 입자는 산화물 촉매로 이루어지는 입자이며, 그 평균 입경이 0.05㎛∼1㎛ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담지 허니컴.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 셀의 양단부의 어느 일방이 밀봉되어 있는 촉매 담지 허니컴.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 허니컴 구조체는, 각 적층 부재의 셀끼리가 서로 중첩되도록, 길이 방향으로 복수의 상기 적층 부재가 적층되어 이루어지는 촉매 담지 허니컴.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 셀 벽의 기공률이 70% 이상인 촉매 담지 허니컴.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 산화물 촉매가, CeO2, ZrO2, FeO2, Fe2O3, CuO, CuO2, Mn2O3, MnO, K2O, 및 조성식 AnB1 - nCO3 (여기에서, A 는 La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd 또는 Y, B 는 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속, C 는 Mn, Co, Fe 또는 Ni 이다) 로 표시되는 복합 산화물로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 하나인 촉매 담지 허니컴.
- 주로 무기 섬유로 이루어지는 셀 벽에 의해 분리된 복수의 셀이 길이 방향 을 따라 병행하여 형성되는 기둥 형상의 허니컴 구조체에 산화물 촉매의 전구체 용액을 분산시킨 기체를 유입시킴으로써, 셀 벽에 산화물 촉매 입자를 담지시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담지 허니컴.
- 주로 무기 섬유로 이루어지는 셀 벽에 의해 분리된 복수의 셀이 길이 방향을 따라 병행하여 형성된 허니컴 구조체를 제조하는 공정과,촉매의 전구체 용액을 기체 중에 분산시키는 공정과,분산시킨 촉매의 전구체 용액을 함유하는 기체를 상기 허니컴 구조체에 유입시키는 공정과,상기 허니컴 구조체를 가열하여, 촉매의 전구체를 촉매 입자화하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매 담지 허니컴의 제조 방법.
