Claims (2)
- 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 전극과 가요성 프린트 기판의 배선 단자를 이방 도전성 접착제를 통해 압착 공구로 가열 가압함으로써 접속하는 회로의 접속 방법에 있어서,압착 공구의 폭을 a, 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 전극과 가요성 프린트 기판의 배선 단자의 겹친 폭을 b, 압착 공구의 가요성 프린트 기판측 엣지로부터 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 전극 단부로의 거리를 c, 압착 공구의 가요성 프린트 기판측 엣지로부터 가요성 프린트 기판의 커버레이의 단부로의 거리(상기 압착 공구 엣지로부터 가요성 프린터 기판 중앙부로의 방향을 플러스로 함)를 d, 접속 후의 이방 도전 접착제의 폭을 e, 압착 공구의 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널측 엣지로부터 가요성 프린트 기판의 배선 단자 단부로의 거리를 f, 이방 도전성 접착제에 함유되는 도전 입자의 평균 입자경을 m으로 할 경우에,a ≥ e ≥ bc ≥ 0f ≥ 0d : m = 20 : 1 내지 200 : 1이 충족되도록, 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널과 가요성 프린트 기판과 압착 공구를 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로의 접속 방법.
- 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 전극과 가요성 프린트 기판의 배선 단자가 이방 도전성 접착제를 통해 가열 가압되어 있는 회로의 접속 구조에 있어서,플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 전극과 가요성 프린트 기판의 배선 단자의 겹친 폭을 b, 이방 도전 접착제의 폭을 e, 가요성 프린트 기판의 커버레이의 단부와 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 전극 단부의 거리를 g, 이방 도전성 접착제에 함유되는 도전 입자의 평균 입자경을 m으로 할 경우에,e ≥ bg : m = 20 : 1 내지 200 : 1이 충족되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 회로의 접속 구조.
