- 실질적으로 주성분으로 구성된 코어의 주위에, 부성분이 주성분으로 확산된 쉘을 갖는 복수의 유전체 입자를 갖는 유전체 자기(磁器) 조성물로서,평균 입경의 값을 나타내는 유전체 입자를 대상으로 한 경우에, 상기 쉘의 최대 두께(t1)와 최소 두께(t2)의 차(t1-t2)가, 상기 유전체 입자의 반경(R)의 6∼60%로 제어되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주성분은, 티탄산 바륨을 포함하고, 상기 부성분은, Mg의 산화물, 희토류 원소의 산화물 및 알칼리 토류 금속 원소(단, Mg을 제외한다)의 산화물을 포함하는 유전체 자기 조성물.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주성분은, 티탄산 바륨을 포함하고,상기 부성분은,제1 부성분으로서 AE의 산화물(단, AE는 Mg, Ca, Ba 및 Sr로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종)과,제2 부성분으로서 R의 산화물(단, R은 Y, Dy, Tm, Ho 및 Er로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종)과,제3 부성분으로서 MxSiO3(단, M은, Ba, Ca, Sr, Li, B로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종이고, M=Ba의 경우에는 x=1, M=Ca의 경우에는 x=1, M=Sr의 경우에는 x=1, M=Li의 경우에는 x=2, M=B의 경우에는 x=2/3이다)과,제4 부성분으로서 MnO와,제5 부성분으로서 V2O5, MoO3 및 WO3으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종과,제6 부성분으로서 CaZrO3 또는 CaO+ZrO2를 함유하고,상기 주성분 100몰에 대한 각 부성분의 비율이,제1 부성분 : 0∼0.1몰(단, 0몰과 0.1몰을 제외한다),제2 부성분 : 1∼7몰(단, 1몰과 7몰을 제외한다),제3 부성분 : 2∼10몰,제4 부성분 : 0∼0.5몰(단, 0몰을 제외한다),제5 부성분 : 0.01∼0.5몰,제6 부성분 : 0∼5몰(단, 0몰과 5몰을 제외한다)인 유전체 자기 조성물.
- 유전체 자기 조성물로 구성되어 있는 유전체층을 갖는 전자 부품으로서,상기 유전체 자기 조성물이, 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유전체 자기 조성물로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 부품.
- 유전체 자기 조성물로 구성되어 있는 유전체층과, 내부 전극층이 교대로 적 층되어 있는 콘덴서 소자 본체를 갖는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서로서,상기 유전체 자기 조성물이, 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 유전체 자기 조성물로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 세라믹 콘덴서.
