Abstract
Description
Claims (13)
- 하기의 화합물을 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물:(a) 100 중량부의 수소화 블록 공중합체;(b) 0.01 내지 3 중량부의 유기 과산화물; 및(c) 1 내지 80 중량부의 카르복실화 액체 폴리부타디엔.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,성분 (c) 의 폴리부타디엔의 미세구조에서 비닐 1,2-결합이 30 중량 % 이하인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,성분 (c) 의 폴리부타디엔의 미세구조에서 시스 1,4-결합이 40 중량 % 이상인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,성분 (a) 는 방향족 비닐 화합물을 주로 함유하는 2 이상의 중합체 블록 A 및 공액 디엔 화합물을 주로 함유하는 하나 이상의 중합체 블록 B를 함유하는 블록 공중합체의 공액 디엔 블록 50 % 이상을 수소화하여 수득된 수소화 블록 공중합체, 및/또는 공액 디엔 블록 공중합체의 수소화 생성물을 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,성분 (a) 는 하기를 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물:(i) 방향족 비닐 화합물을 주로 함유하는 2 이상의 중합체 블록 A 및 공액 디엔 화합물을 주로 함유하는 하나 이상의 중합체 블록 B를 함유하는 블록 공중합체의 공액 디엔 블록 90 % 이상을 수소화하여 수득된 수소화 블록 공중합체 95 내지 5 중량 %; 및(ii) 방향족 비닐 화합물을 주로 함유하는 2 이상의 중합체 블록 A 및 공액 디엔 화합물을 주로 함유하는 하나 이상의 중합체 블록 B를 함유하는 블록 공중합체의 공액 디엔 블록 50 % 내지 90 % 미만을 수소화하여 수득된 수소화 블록 공중합체 5 내지 95 중량 %.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,성분 (a) 의 수평균 분자량은 폴리스티렌으로 50,000 내지 400,000 범위인 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(d) 1 내지 350 중량부의 고무 연화제를 더 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(e) 0.02 내지 10 중량부의 에스테르 기재 가교 보조제를 더 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(f) 이소부틸렌-기재 중합체 블록 및 방향족 비닐 기재 중합체 블록을 함유하는 이소부틸렌 기재 블록 공중합체 1 내지 500 중량부를 더 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(g) 1 내지 200 중량부의 무기 충진제를 더 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 기재된 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 5 내지 75 중량 %; 및극성기를 갖는 수지 95 내지 25 중량 % 를 함유하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,극성기를 갖는 수지가 요오노머, 아크릴 고무, 에틸렌-에틸 아크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌-메타크릴레이트 공중합체, 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 비누화 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 폴리아미드 기재 수지, 폴리아미드 기재 열가소성 엘라스토머, 생분해성 폴리에스테르 기재 수지, 폴리에스테르 기재 수지, 폴리에스테르 기재 열가소성 엘라스토머, 우레탄 기재 열가소성 엘라스토머, 폴리아세탈, 니트릴-부타디엔 고무, 및 부분 가교된 니트릴-부타디엔 고무로이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 수지인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 기재된 열가소성 수지 조성물을 함유하는 성형품.
