Abstract
Description
Claims (61)
- 각각의 콘쥬게이트가 인자 Ⅷ 부분에 공유결합되어 있는 1 내지 3 개의 수용성 중합체를 갖는 복수 개의 콘쥬게이트를 함유하는 조성물에 있어서, 각각의 수용성 중합체의 공칭 평균 분자량이 5,000 돌턴 초과 내지 약 150,000 돌턴 범위인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각각의 콘쥬게이트에서의 수용성 중합체가 폴리(알킬렌 옥사이드), 폴리(비닐 피롤리돈), 폴리(비닐 알코올), 폴리옥사졸린, 및 폴리(아크릴로일모르폴린)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 각각의 수용성 중합체가 폴리(알킬렌 옥사이드)인 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 각각의 폴리(알킬렌 옥사이드)가 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜)인 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜)의 말단이 히드록시, 알콕시, 치환 알콕시, 알켄옥시, 치환 알켄옥시, 알킨옥시, 치환 알킨옥시, 아릴옥시 및 치환 아릴옥시로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 말단-캡핑 부분으로 캡핑되는 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜)의 말단이 메톡시로 캡핑되는 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜)의 말단이 히드록시로 캡핑되는 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜)의 공칭 평균 분자량이 약 6,000 돌턴 내지 약 100,000 돌턴 범위인 조성물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜)의 공칭 평균 분자량이 약 10,000 돌턴 내지 약 85,000 돌턴 범위인 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜)의 공칭 평균 분자량이 약 20,000 돌턴 내지 약 85,000 돌턴 범위인 조성물.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜)의 공칭 평균 분자량이 약 53,000 돌턴 내지 약 75,000 돌턴 범위인 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 각각의 수용성 중합체가 선형인 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 각각의 수용성 중합체가 분지형인 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 인자 Ⅷ 부분이 인자 Ⅷ, 인자 Ⅷa, 인자 Ⅷ:C, 인자 Ⅷ:vWF, B-도메인 결실 인자 Ⅷ, 및 상기한 것들의 임의의 생물학적 활성 절편, 결실 변이체, 치환 변이체 또는 첨가 변이체로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 인자 Ⅷ 부분이 인자 Ⅷ, 인자 Ⅷa, 인자 Ⅷ:C, 및 인자 Ⅷ:vWF 로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 조성물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 인자 Ⅷ 부분이 B-도메인 결실 인자 Ⅷ 인 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 인자 Ⅷ 부분이 재조합된 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 인자 Ⅷ 부분이 혈액-유래인 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 알부민이 실질적으로 없는 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 인자 Ⅷ 활성을 갖지 않는 단백질이 실질적으로 없는 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 비공유결합된 수용성 중합체가 실질적으로 없는 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 인자 Ⅷ 활성을 가지는 부분의 활성형 부위에 하나 이상의 수용성 중합체가 공유결합되어 있는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 동결건조 형태의 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 액체 형태의 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 약학적으로 허용가능한 부형제를 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각각의 콘쥬게이트가 아미드 결합을 갖는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각각의 콘쥬게이트가 2차 아민 결합을 갖는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각각의 콘쥬게이트가 카르바메이트 결합을 갖는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각각의 콘쥬게이트가 티오에테르 결합을 갖는 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 각각의 콘쥬게이트가 디설피드 결합을 갖는 조성물.
- 복수의 모노-PEG화 인자 Ⅷ 부분 콘쥬게이트를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제 31 항에 있어서, 각각의 모노-PEG화 인자 Ⅷ 부분 콘쥬게이트가, 히드록시, 알콕시, 치환 알콕시, 알켄옥시, 치환 알켄옥시, 알킨옥시, 치환 알킨옥시, 아릴옥시 및 치환 아릴옥시로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 말단-캡핑 부분으로 말단이 캡핑된 하나의 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜)을 포함하는 조성물.
- 제 31 항에 있어서, 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜)의 말단이 메톡시로 캡핑된 조성물.
- 제 31 항에 있어서, 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜)의 말단이 히드록시로 캡핑된 조성물.
- 제 31 항에 있어서, 각각의 모노-PEG화 인자 Ⅷ 부분 콘쥬게이트가, 공칭 평균 분자량이 5,000 돌턴 초과 내지 약 150,000 돌턴 범위인 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜) 을 포함하는 조성물.

- 인자 Ⅷ 요법을 필요로 하는 환자를 치료하는 방법에 있어서, 치료적 유효량의 상기 콘쥬게이트를 함유하는, 제 1 항 또는 제 31 항의 조성물을 환자에게 투여하는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 제 59 항에 있어서, 환자가 A 형 혈우병을 앓고 있는 방법.
- 제 59 항에 있어서, 수술 전 2 일 이내에, 상기 조성물을 환자에게 투여하는 방법.
