Claims (11)
- 고분자량 디올로 구성된 세그먼트 A와, 1,4-비스(히드록시에톡시)벤젠 및 1,3-프로판디올로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종의 저분자량 디올로 구성된 세그먼트 B와, 폴리이소시아네이트로 구성된 세그먼트 C가, 우레탄결합에 의해 선형상으로 결합하고 있는 열가소성 폴리우레탄으로서, 상기 세그먼트 B의 양이, 상기 열가소성 폴리우레탄중에서 1∼30질량%를 차지하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 1,4-비스(히드록시에톡시)벤젠 및 1,3-프로판디올 이외의 저분자량 디올로 구성된 세그먼트 D를 더욱 함유하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 세그먼트 A가, 폴리실록산디올 혹은 변성 폴리실록산디올로 구성된 세그먼트 E를 포함하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 고분자량 디올이, 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르글리콜, 폴리부틸렌아디페이트디올, 폴리카보네이트디올 및 폴리실록산디올로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 수평균분자량 600∼4,000의 적어도 1종이고, 저분자량 디올이 1,4-비스(히드록시에톡시)벤젠이고, 폴리이소시아네이트가, 4,4'-디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트이고, 이들 성분의 사용비율이, 고분자량 디올 100질량부, 저분자량 디올 10∼120질량부, 폴리이소시아네이트 20∼170질량부인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 고분자량 디올이, 수평균분자량 1,000∼2,000의 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르글리콜이고, 저분자량 디올이 1,4-비스(히드록시에톡시)벤젠이고, 폴리이소시아네이트가 4,4'-디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트이고, 이들 성분의 사용비율이, 고분자량 디올 100질량부, 저분자량 디올 11∼42질량부, 폴리이소시아네이트 39∼76질량부인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 고분자량 디올이, 수평균분자량 800∼1,200의 폴리테트라메틸렌에테르글리콜이고, 저분자량 디올이 1,4-비스(히드록시에톡시)벤젠이고, 폴리이소시아네이트가 4,4'-디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트이고, 이들 성분의 사용비율이, 고분자량 디올 100질량부, 저분자량 디올 20∼30질량부, 폴리이소시아네이트 50∼60질량부인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 23℃에서의 반발탄성율이, 50∼90%인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 0℃에서의 반발탄성율이, 23℃에서의 반발탄성율의 0.6배 이상인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 열가소성 폴리우레탄을 폴리머성분으로서 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형용 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 골프공의 커버재용인 열가소성 폴리우레탄.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 골프공의 커버재용인 성형용 조성물.
