Claims (11)
- 고형분으로서 (a) 실란 커플링제 또는 그 가수분해 축합물 중 적어도 하나, (b) 수분산성 실리카, (c) 지르코늄 화합물 또는 티타늄 화합물의 적어도 하나, 및 (d) 수용성 수지를 필수 성분으로서 포함하는 처리액을 도포·건조시켜 이루어지는 화성 처리 피막층을 금속판의 한 면 또는 양면에 가지고, 또한 그 위에, 수지 고형분 100 질량부에 대하여 인산 알루미늄계 안료를 1 내지 140 질량부 포함하는 도포막층을 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스 성형성이 우수한 프리-코팅 금속판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 처리액 중에, 인산 이온을 추가로 포함하는 프레스 성형성이 우수한 프리-코팅 금속판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 도포막층 내에 포함되는 인산 알루미늄계 안료가 트리폴리인산 이수소알루미늄인 프레스 성형성이 우수한 프리-코팅 금속판.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 도포막 중에, 인산 알루미늄계 안료에 추가하여 방청 안료를 포함하고, 또한 인산 알루미늄계 안료와 방청 안료의 합계 함유량이 수지 고형분 100 질량부에 대하여 140 질량부 이하인 프레스 성형성이 우수한 프리-코팅 금속판.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 도포막 중에 함유되는 방청 안료가 칼슘 이온 교환성 실리카인 프레스 성형성이 우수한 프리-코팅 금속판.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속판이 한 면 또는 양면에 도금층을 가지는 금속판인 프레스 성형성이 우수한 프리-코팅 금속판.
- 금속판의 한 면 또는 양면에, (a) 실란 커플링제 및/또는 그 가수분해 축합물, (b) 수분산성 실리카, (c) 지르코늄 화합물 및/또는 티타늄 화합물, 및 (d) 수용성 수지를 필수 성분으로서 포함하는 처리액을 도포하고, 건조시킴으로써 화성 처리 피막층을 형성하고, 또한 그 위에, 수지 고형분 100 질량부에 대하여 인산 알루미늄계 안료를 1 내지 140 질량부 함유하는 도료를 도포, 건조 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 프레스 성형성이 우수한 프리-코팅 금속판의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 처리액이, 또한 인산 이온을 함유하는 프레스 성형성이 우수한 프리-코팅 금속판의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 도료가 방청 안료를 추가로 함유하고, 그 방청 안료와 인산 알루미늄계 안료의 합계 함유량이 수지 고형분 100 질량부에 대하여 140 질량부 이하인 프레스 성형성이 우수한 프리-코팅 금속판의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프리-코팅 금속판을 절단하고, 또한 프레스 성형하여 얻어지는 외관에 도포막층을 가지는 성형품.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프리-코팅 금속판을 절단하고, 또한 프레스 성형하여, 얻을 수 있는 성형품의 도포막층을 제거하지 않고 보관 유지하는 성형품의 제조 방법.
