本发明公开一种可共线处理冷轧钢、锌及锌合金、铝及铝合金、镁及镁合金等金属工件且无污染的金属环保型硅烷陶化皮膜处理剂及制备方法,所用原料及质量百分比如下:氟锆酸铵0.1~0.6%、质量浓度40%的氟钛酸1.5~2.5%、聚丙烯酸0.1~1.0%、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.1~1.0%、质量浓度50%的氟硼酸0.2~0.4%、质量浓度50%的硝酸0.4~1.0%、柠檬酸0.1~1.0%、钼酸钠0.5~1.5%及 去离子水余量,制备方法是将原料依次徐徐加入,每加入一种原料搅拌20~30min,全部原料加完后继续搅拌至溶液呈透明均匀状液体。

金属环保型硅烷陶化皮膜处理剂及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属陶化皮膜处理剂及制备方法,尤其一种可通用于冷轧钢、锌及锌合金、铝及铝合金、镁及镁合金等多种金属材质且无污染的金属环保型硅烷陶化皮膜处理剂及制备方法。
背景技术
金属构件表面因油垢、浮锈、重锈、氧化皮及焊接高温氧化物等,因此以往在喷涂涂装等工艺处理前,都是将上述油锈皮等清除掉且大多通过磷酸盐转化处理,使其表面生成一层具有一定粗糙度、多孔性、吸附性的黑色、银灰色或彩色磷酸盐转化膜(皮膜),以增强工件表面耐腐性、提高工件表面与涂层间或其他有机表面处理层间的附着力。目前应用到金属表面喷涂涂装前取代不环保的磷化处理剂陶化皮膜处理剂,主要是用氧化锆组成的纳米陶瓷涂层取代传统的结晶型磷化保护层,因不含重金属和磷酸盐,废水处理简单,可以降低废水处理的成本,减轻环境污染。但是,现有的陶化皮膜处理剂需针对不同金属(碳钢、铸铁、镀锌钢板、铝板、压铸铝、锻铝、压铸锌合金等)而加以区分,通用性差,需要根据金属材质而更换槽液,给生产及使用等带来较多麻烦,加大了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有技术所存在的上述技术问题,提供一种可通用于冷轧钢、锌及锌合金、铝及铝合金、镁及镁合金等多种金属材质且无污染的金属环保型硅烷陶化皮膜处理剂及制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种金属环保型硅烷陶化皮膜处理剂,其特征在于所用原料及质量百分比如下:氟锆酸铵0.1~0.6%、质量浓度40%的氟钛酸1.5~2.5%、聚丙烯酸0.1~1.0%、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.1~1.0%、质量浓度50%的氟硼酸0.2~0.4%、质量浓度50%的硝酸0.4~1.0%、柠檬酸0.1~1.0%、钼酸钠0.5~1.5%及   去离子水余量。
一种上述金属环保型硅烷陶化皮膜处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于按如下步骤进行:将计算称量的去离子水加入反应釜中,启动搅拌器,控制转速60转/分钟,依次徐徐加入计算称量的氟锆酸铵、氟钛酸、聚丙烯酸、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、氟硼酸、硝酸、柠檬酸、钼酸钠,每加入一种原料搅拌20~30min,全部原料加完后继续搅拌至溶液呈透明均匀状液体。
本发明可在常温下进行,不需加温,减少能源消耗;不含磷、不含铬、不含重金属盐,工艺过程无沉渣产生,废水排放后处理简单易行,PH值在3~5pt范围内,可共线处理冷轧钢、锌及锌合金、铝及铝合金、镁及镁合金等金属工件,能为金属基材与聚酯漆、环氧漆、氨基漆、醇酸漆、丙烯酸漆等多种涂料结合提供优越的附着力。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
所用原料及质量百分比如下:氟锆酸铵0.6%、质量浓度40%的氟钛酸1.5%、聚丙烯酸1.0%、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.1%、质量浓度50%的氟硼酸0.4%、质量浓度50%的硝酸0.4%、柠檬酸1.0%、钼酸钠0.5及去离子水余量。
制备方法按如下步骤进行:将计算称量的去离子水加入反应釜中,启动搅拌器,控制转速60转/分钟,依次徐徐加入计算称量的氟锆酸铵、氟钛酸、聚丙烯酸、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、氟硼酸、硝酸、柠檬酸、钼酸钠,每加入一种原料搅拌20~30min,全部原料加完后继续搅拌至溶液呈透明均匀状液体。
实施例2:
所用原料及质量百分比如下:氟锆酸铵0.1%、质量浓度40%的氟钛酸2.5%、聚丙烯酸0.1%、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷1.0%、质量浓度50%的氟硼酸0.2%、质量浓度50%的硝酸1.0%、柠檬酸0.1%、钼酸钠1.5%及 去离子水余量。
制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:
所用原料及质量百分比如下:氟锆酸铵0.4%、质量浓度40%的氟钛酸2.0%、聚丙烯酸0.5%、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.5%、质量浓度50%的氟硼酸0.3%、质量浓度50%的硝酸0.8%、柠檬酸0.5%、钼酸钠1.0%及 去离子水余量。
使用时,按质量浓度3~5%配制工作液,调节PH值在3~5pt范围内,采用喷淋或槽浸方式分别处理冷轧钢、锌及锌合金、铝及铝合金、镁及镁合金等金属工件,均可达到成膜工艺要求。

1.一种金属环保型硅烷陶化皮膜处理剂,其特征在于所用原料及质量百分比如下:氟锆酸铵0.1~0.6%、质量浓度40%的氟钛酸1.5~2.5%、聚丙烯酸0.1~1.0%、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷0.1~1.0%、质量浓度50%的氟硼酸0.2~0.4%、质量浓度50%的硝酸 0.4~1.0%、柠檬酸0.1~1.0%、钼酸钠0.5~1.5%及   去离子水余量。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的金属环保型硅烷陶化皮膜处理剂的制备方法,其特征在于按如下步骤进行:将计算称量的去离子水加入反应釜中,启动搅拌器,控制转速60转/分钟,依次徐徐加入计算称量的氟锆酸铵、氟钛酸、聚丙烯酸、3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、氟硼酸、硝酸、柠檬酸、钼酸钠,每加入一种原料搅拌20~30min,全部原料加完后继续搅拌至溶液呈透明均匀状液体。
