- 차량에 탑재된 배터리를 냉각하는 팬의 제어방법에 있어서,상기 차량은, 탑승자를 위한 차실과, 주행용 구동원으로서 기능하는 전기모터를 구비하고,상기 제어방법은,상기 차실 내의 소음을 판정하는 단계와,판정된 차실 내의 소음에 따라 상기 팬의 작동형태를 제어하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 차실 내의 소음을 판정하는 단계는, 상기 팬으로부터 발생되는 소음 이외의 소음인 암소음을 추정하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 암소음은, 그 암소음의 발생요인이 될 수 있는 차량 구성요소에 대하여 주어지는 작동지령의 내용에 의거하여 추정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 암소음은, 그 암소음의 발생요인이 될 수 있는 차량구성요소의 상태에 의거하여 추정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어방법.
- 제 2항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 차 실내의 소음은, 추정된 차 실내의 암소음과, 실제로 계측된 차 실내의 소음에 의거하여 판정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 차 실내의 소음을 판정하는 단계는, 차 실내의 소음을 실제로 계측하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 배터리의 온도를 검출하는 단계를 더 구비하고, 판정된 차 실내의 소음과 검출된 배터리의 온도에 따라 상기 팬의 작동형태가 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 팬의 작동형태를 제어하는 단계는,상기 팬의 작동량을 서서히 변화시키는 단계와,상기 작동량을 증대시킬 때와 감소시킬 때에 그 작동량의 변화속도를 다르게 하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어방법.
- 제 8항에 있어서,상기 팬의 작동량은, 그 작동량을 증대시킬 때의 쪽이 감소시킬 때보다도 완만하게 변화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어방법.
- 차량에 탑재된 배터리를 냉각하는 팬의 제어장치에 있어서,상기 차량은, 탑승자를 위한 차실과, 주행용 구동원으로서 기능하는 전기모터를 구비하고,상기 제어장치는,상기 차 실내의 소음을 판정하는 판정수단과,판정된 차 실내의 소음에 따라 상기 팬의 작동형태를 제어하는 제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 판정수단은, 상기 팬으로부터 발생되는 소음 이외의 소음인 암소음을 추정하고, 그 추정된 암소음에 의거하여 상기 차 실내의 소음을 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 판정수단은, 상기 암소음의 발생요인이 될 수 있는 차량 구성요소에 대하여 주어지는 작동지령의 내용에 의거하여 상기 차 실내의 암소음을 추정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어장치.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 판정수단은, 상기 암소음의 발생요인이 될 수 있는 차량 구성요소의 상태에 의거하여 상기 차 실내의 암소음을 추정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어장치.
- 제 12항 또는 제 13항에 있어서,상기 차량 구성요소는, 차속의 검출대상이 되는 부재, 상기 전기모터, 공기조화장치, 창 및 음향장치 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어장치.
- 제 12항 또는 제 13항에 있어서,상기 차량은, 상기 전기모터에 더하여, 주행용 구동원으로서 기능하는 내연기관을 구비하고, 상기 차량 구성요소는, 차속의 검출대상이 되는 부재, 상기 전기모터, 상기 내연기관, 공기조화장치, 창 및 음향장치 중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어장치.
- 제 11항 내지 제 15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 차 실내의 소음을 직접적으로 계측하는 소음계를 더 구비하고, 상기 판정수단은 추정된 차 실내의 암소음과, 계측된 차 실내의 소음에 의거하여 상기 차 실내의 소음을 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서,상기 판정수단은, 상기 차 실내의 소음을 직접적으로 계측하는 소음계를 포함하고, 상기 제어수단은 계측된 차 실내의 소음에 의거하여 상기 팬의 작동형태를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어장치.
- 제 10항 내지 제 17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 팬은, 상기 배터리를 냉각하도록 상기 차 실내의 공기를 배터리를 향하여 송풍하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어장치.
- 제 10항 내지 제 18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 배터리는, 상기 차 실내에 설치된 좌석의 밑에 설치되는 것을 특징으로하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어장치.
- 제 10항 내지 제 19항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 배터리의 온도를 검출하는 온도검출기를 더 구비하고, 상기 제어수단은 판정된 차 실내의 소음과 검출된 배터리의 온도에 따라 상기 팬의 작동형태를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어장치.
- 제 10항 내지 제 20항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 제어수단은, 상기 팬의 작동량을, 그 작동량을 증대시킬 때와 감소시킬 때에 다른 속도에 의해 서서히 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어장치.
- 제 21항에 있어서,상기 제어수단은, 상기 팬의 작동량을 그 작동량을 증대시킬 때의 쪽이 감소시킬 때보다도 완만하게 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량 탑재 배터리 냉각용 팬의 제어장치.
