Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 양극 및 음극과, 그들 사이에 개재된 1층 또는 복수층으로 이루어진 전계발광용 유기층을 구비하고, 상기 양극 및 음극과의 사이에 전압을 인가함으로써 상기 유기층 중의 발광재료의 발광이 생기는 전계발광소자에 있어서, 상기 양극과 유기층과의 사이에, 하기 화학식1로 표시되는 올리고-아닐린 유니트를 갖는 디아미노벤젠 유도체를 적어도 1몰% 이상 함유하는 디아민 성분과 테트라카르복실산 2무수물 또는 그것의 유도체로부터 얻은 측쇄에 올리고-아닐린 유니트를 갖는 폴리이미드 전구체 및/또는 폴리이미드와, 전자수용성 도판트 화합물과의 염을 캐리어수송보조층으로서 형성하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.(화학식1)(여기서, 식중 R1~R9는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 알킬기, 알콕시기, 술폰산기 또는 치환기를 가져도 좋은 시클로헥실, 비페닐, 비시클로헥실 또는 페닐시클로헥실기이고, n은 1이상의 정수이고, A는 단일결합 또는 -O-,-COO-,-CONH-, -NH-로부터 선택된 2가의 유기기이고, 또 R0는 방향고리를 포함하는 3가의 유기기를 나타낸다.)
- 제 1항에 있어서, 화학식1중의 R1~R9는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자, 탄소수 1~20의 알킬기 또는 탄소수 1~20의 알콕시기이고, 또한 n은 1~20까지의 정수인 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 폴리이미드가 화학식1로 표시되는 디아미노벤젠 유도체에 기초하는 단위를 적어도 5몰% 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 테트라카르복실산 또는 그것의 유도체가 지환식 테트라카르복실산 또는 그것의 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 지환식 테트라카르복실산 또는 그것의 유도체가 1,2,3,4-시클로부탄테트라카르복실산 2무수물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 테트라카르복실산 또는 그것의 유도체가 헤테로고리 테트라카르복실산 또는 그것의 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 테트라카르복실산 또는 그것의 유도체가 방향족 고리 테트라카르복실산 또는 그것의 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 테트라카르복실산 또는 그것의 유도체가 축합 고리 테트라카르복실산 또는 그것의 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 도판트가 루이스산, 프로톤산, 전이 금속 화합물, 전해질염 및 할로겐 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 전계발광소자.
