Claims (11)
- 조성물내 존재하는 폴리아미드의 전체량에 대해서 적어도 80-99.5wt%의 고분자 폴리아미드 및 고분자 폴리아미드의 녹는점보다 더 높은 녹는점을 갖는 0.5-20wt%의 폴리아미드 올리고머로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 흐름 거동을 갖는 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 올리고머의 평균분자량은 5,000g/mol이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 흐름 거동을 갖는 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 조성물은 또한 유리섬유를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 흐름 거동을 갖는 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 폴리아미드는 PA-6, PA-6,6, PA-6,10, PA-4,6, PA-11, PA-12, PA-12,12, PA-6,I, PA-6,T/6,6-코폴리아미드, PA-6,T/6-코폴리아미드, PA-6/6,6-코폴리아미드, PA-4,6/6-코폴리아미드 또는 코폴리아미드들 또는 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 흐름 거동을 갖는 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 폴리아미드는 PA-6, PA-6,6, PA-4,6, PA-4,6/6 코폴리아미드 또는 코폴리아미드들 또는 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 흐름 거동을 갖는 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 저분자 폴리아미드의 양은 폴리아미드의 전체량에 대해 1-10wt%인 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 흐름 거동을 갖는 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,고분자 폴리아미드는 PA-6, PA-6,6, PA-6,10, PA-4,6, PA-11, PA-12, PA-12,12, PA-6,I, PA-6,T/6,6-코폴리아미드, PA-6,T/6-코폴리아미드, PA-6/6,6-코폴리아미드, PA-4,6/6 코폴리아미드 또는 코폴리아미드들 또는 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되고, 폴리아미드 올리고머는 PA-6,6, PA-4,6, PA-4,6/6-코폴리아미드 또는 코폴리아미드들 또는 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 흐름 거동을 갖는 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 고분자 폴리아미드는 PA-6 또는 PA-4,6/6 코폴리머이고, 폴리아미드 올리고머는 PA-6,6, PA-4,6, PA-4,6/6 코폴리아미드 또는 코폴리아미드들 또는 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 개선된 흐름 거동을 갖는 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 폴리아미드 올리고머의 녹는점과 같거나 또는 더 낮은 용융온도에서 고분자 폴리아미드의 녹는점보다 더 높은 녹는점을 갖는 폴리아미드 올리고머 및 고분자 폴리아미드를 용융-혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 폴리아미드 조성물의 흐름 거동을 향상시키는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 따른 방법을 사용하여 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고분자 폴리아미드 조성물.
- 실시예를 참고로 개시되고, 설명된 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물 및 방법.
