- 탭을 갖는 폴리머전지본체를 수납한 외장체의 단부를 히트시일하는 히트시일장치에 있어서, 각 시일면을 갖는 한 쌍의 시일헤드를 갖고, 적어도 한 쪽의 시일헤드의 시일면 중, 외장체 단부에 위치하는 탭에 상당하는 부분에 요부(凹部)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트시일장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 요부는 양쪽의 시일헤드의 시일면에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트시일장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 요부의 깊이는, 탭 두께의 1/3 내지 탭 두께의 범위로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트시일장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 요부의 폭은, 탭의 폭 + 0.2㎜ 내지 탭의 폭 + 2.0㎜의 범위로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트시일장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 외장체는 적어도 기재층, 접착층, 제 1 화성처리층, 배리어층, 제 2 화성처리층과 최내층을 갖는 적층체로부터 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트시일장치.

- 제 5항에 있어서, 제 2 화성처리층과 최내층과의 사이에 산변성 폴리올레핀층이 형성됨과 동시에, 최내층이 폴리프로필렌으로부터 되고, 산변성 폴리올레핀층과 폴리프로필렌으로부터 되는 최내층이 산변성 폴리올레핀의 연화점 이상의 온도에서 열라미네이션된 외장체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트시일장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 제 2 화성처리층과 최내층과의 사이에 압출수지층이 형성됨과 동시에, 압출수지층이 산변성 폴리올레핀수지이고, 최내층이 폴리올레핀필름으로부터 되고, 제 2 화성처리층에 압출수지와 최내층이 샌드위치 라미네이션되고, 산변성 폴리올레핀의 연화점 이상의 온도로 가열해서 얻어진 외장체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트시일장치.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 제 2 화성처리층과 최내층과의 사이에 압출수지층이 형성됨과 동시에, 압출수지층이 산변성 폴리올레핀수지이고, 최내층이 폴리올레핀으로부터 되고, 제 2 화성처리층에 압출수지와 최내층을 공압출하고, 그 후 산변성 폴리올레핀의 연화점 이상의 온도로 가열해서 얻어진 외장체를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트시일장치.
- 일변이 미시일의 파우치타입의 외장체에 상기 미시일부분으로부터 탭을 갖는 폴리머전지본체를 탭이 미시일부분에 위치하도록 수납하는 공정과,외장체의 미시일부분을, 시일면을 갖는 한 쌍의 시일헤드에 있어서 적어도 한 쪽의 시일헤드의 시일면 중 탭에 상당하는 영역에 요부(凹部)가 형성된 한 쌍의 시일헤드를 사용해서 히트시일하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트시일방법.
- 엠보스타입의 외장체에 탭을 갖는 폴리머전지본체를 수납하는 공정과,외장체의 주연부분을, 각각이 시일면을 갖는 한 쌍의 시일헤드에 있어서, 적어도 한 쪽의 시일헤드의 시일면 중 탭에 상당하는 영역에 요부(凹部)가 형성된 한 쌍의 시일헤드를 사용해서 히트시일하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 히트시일방법.
- 복수의 제품부를 갖는 워크 중 제품부 외주에 대응해서 형성된 숫형용 파형부, 숫형용 파형부 내측에 형성된 성형철부(凸部)와 성형철부와 숫형용 파형부와의 사이에 형성형 숫형용 압압부를 갖는 숫형과, 숫형용 파형부에 대응하는 암형용 파형부, 성형철부에 대응하는 성형요부(凹部), 숫형용 압압부에 대응하는 암형용 압압부를 갖는 암형을 갖춘 엠보스성형장치를 사용해서 워크에 대응해서 엠보스성형을 실시하는 엠보스 성형방법에 있어서,워크 중 숫형용 압압부와 암형용 압압부와의 사이에 대응하는 부분에 미리 리세스를 형성하는 공정과,워크에 대해서 숫형과 암형과의 사이에서 엠보스 성형을 실시해서 엠보스부를 형성하는 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보스 성형방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 워크에 리세스를 형성할 때, 엠보스 성형시의 워크의 인입방향과 직교하는 방향으로 리세스를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보스 성형방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 워크의 리세스는 숫형과 암형의 내부에서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보스 성형방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 워크의 리세스는 숫형과 암형의 외측에서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보스 성형방법.
- 제 12항에 있어서, 워크는 적어도 기재층, 알루미늄층과 접착층을 갖는 적층체로부터 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엠보스 성형방법.
- 복수의 제품부를 갖는 워크 중 제품부 외주에 대응해서 형성된 숫형용 파형부, 숫형용 파형부 내측에 형성된 성형철부와, 성형철부와 숫형용 파형부와의 사이에 형성된 숫형용 압압부를 갖는 숫형과,숫형용 파형부에 대응하는 암형용 파형부, 성형철부에 대응하는 성형요부와, 숫형용 압압부에 대응하는 암형용 압압부를 갖는 암형으로 이루어진 엠보스 성형장치에 의해 엠보스 성형되는 워크에 있어서,워크 중 숫형용 압압부와 암형용 압압부와의 사이에 대응하는 부분에 리세스가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 워크.
- 제 17항에 있어서, 워크는 적어도 기재층, 알루미늄층과, 접착층을 갖는 적층체로부터 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 워크.
- 엠보스 성형에 의해 엠보스부가 형성된 워크 중, 엠보스부 이외의 부분을 압압하는 워크압압장치에 있어서,워크의 엠보스부를 수납하는 수납부를 갖고, 워크의 일측에 배치된 제 1 금형과,워크의 타측에 배치되고, 제 1 금형과의 사이에서 워크를 압압하는 제 2 금형으로 이루어지고,제 1 금형 또는 제 2 금형의 적어도 하나가 한 쪽을 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 워크압압장치.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 제 1 금형 및 제 2 금형의 양쪽을 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 워크압압장치.
- 제 19항에 있어서, 워크는 적어도 기재층, 알루미늄층과 접착층을 갖는 적층체로부터 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 워크압압장치.
