Claims (8)
- 一対のセパレータの間に電極が挟まれた袋詰電極を製造する製造装置であって、
前記電極および前記一対のセパレータを搬送しながら搬送方向の前端側から順次重ねる搬送部と、
前記搬送方向と交差する方向に位置する前記一対のセパレータの側方縁同士を接合する第1の接合チップと、
前記第1の接合チップよりも前記搬送方向の下流側に位置して前記一対のセパレータの前記側方縁同士を接合する少なくとも1つの第2の接合チップと、
前記搬送部、前記第1の接合チップ、および前記第2の接合チップの作動を制御する制御部と、を有し、
前記搬送部は、前記一対のセパレータをそれぞれ周面において保持しつつ回転して前記一対のセパレータをそれぞれ搬送する一対の円柱回転体を有し、
前記制御部は、前記搬送部によって搬送されながら順次重なる前記一対のセパレータの前記側方縁同士における前端を、それぞれの前記セパレータの一部がそれぞれの前記円柱回転体によって保持されている状態において、下流側の前記第2の接合チップにまで搬送されてくる前に、上流側の前記第1の接合チップによって接合する、袋詰電極の製造装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記前端の接合が終わった後は、前記搬送部によって搬送される前記一対のセパレータの前記側方縁同士を搬送方向の前端側から、前記第1接合チップおよび前記第2接合チップの両方によって同時に接合する、請求項1に記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記前端の接合のときに、前記第1の接合チップのみを作動させて接合する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記前端の接合を、前記一対のセパレータが重なり始めた直後に行う、請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。
- 一対のセパレータの間に電極が挟まれた袋詰電極を製造する製造方法であって、
前記電極および前記一対のセパレータをそれぞれ搬送しながら搬送方向の前端側から順次重ねつつ、前記一対のセパレータの側方縁同士における前端を、それぞれの前記セパレータの一部がそれぞれ保持されている状態において、少なくとも2つの接合チップのうち前記搬送方向の下流側の接合チップにまで搬送されてくる前に、上流側の接合チップによって接合する、袋詰電極の製造方法。 - 前記前端の接合が終わった後は、搬送される前記一対のセパレータの前記側方縁同士を搬送方向の前端側から、前記少なくとも2つの接合チップによって接合する、請求項5に記載の袋詰電極の製造方法。
- 前記前端の接合のときに、上流側の接合チップのみを作動させて接合する、請求項5または請求項6に記載の袋詰電極の製造方法。
- 前記前端の接合を、前記一対のセパレータが重なり始めた直後に行う、請求項5〜請求項7のいずれか1つに記載の袋詰電極の製造方法。
