Claims (8)
- 一対のセパレータの間に電極が挟まれた袋詰電極を製造する製造装置であって、
前記電極および前記一対のセパレータを搬送しながら搬送方向の前端側から順次重ねる搬送部と、
前記搬送方向と交差する方向に位置する前記一対のセパレータの側方縁同士を接合する接合部と、
前記搬送部、および前記接合部の作動を制御する制御部と、を有し、
前記制御部は、前記ワークの搬送速度との相対速度差がゼロに近づくように前記接合部を移動させながら行う接合を搬送方向の前端側から複数回繰り返して行う、袋詰電極の製造装置。 - 前記制御部は、前記接合部の移動速度が一定になったときに接合を行わせる、請求項1に記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記搬送部によって搬送されながら順次重なる前記一対のセパレータの前記側方縁同士を前記接合部によって順次接合する、請求項1または請求項2に記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。
- 前記一対のセパレータを挟みつつ前記接合部とともに移動するクランプ部材をさらに有する、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1つに記載の袋詰電極の製造装置。
- 一対のセパレータの間に電極が挟まれた袋詰電極を製造する製造方法であって、
前記一対のセパレータの側方縁同士を接合する接合部を、前記ワークの搬送速度との相対速度差がゼロに近づくように移動させながら行う接合を搬送方向の前端側から複数回繰り返して行う、袋詰電極の製造方法。 - 前記接合部の移動速度が一定になったときに接合を行う、請求項5に記載の袋詰電極の製造方法。
- 搬送されながら順次重なる前記一対のセパレータの前記側方縁同士を前記接合部によって順次接合する、請求項5または請求6に記載の袋詰電極の製造方法。
- 前記一対のセパレータをクランプ部材によって挟みつつ前記接合部とともに移動する、請求項5〜請求項7の何れか1つに記載の袋詰電極の製造方法。
