Description
本発明の接合装置および接合方法を、袋詰電極20の製造装置に適用した実施形態について説明したが、本発明はこの場合に限定されるものではない。シート状部材である限りにおいて、セパレータ30以外の薄膜にも適用することができる。

Claims (12)
- 一対のシート状部材のそれぞれを保持する保持面の幅が前記一対のシート状部材の幅よりも狭い一対の円柱回転体を備え、前記一対の円柱回転体を回転させることによって前記一対のシート状部材を搬送しながら順次重ねる搬送部と、
重ねられた前記一対のシート状部材のうち前記円柱回転体の前記保持面を超えて前記円柱回転体の軸方向にはみ出た部分を順次接合する第1の接合部と、
前記第1の接合部によって接合された前記一対のシート状部材を搬送するための経路であり、前記円柱回転体の下流側に設けられた搬送経路と、
前記搬送経路の途中に配置され、前記一対のシート状部材において前記円柱回転体と重なっていた部分を別途接合する第2の接合部と、を有する接合装置。 - 前記第1の接合部は、前記一対のシート状部材が前記円柱回転体から離れた直後に前記一対のシート状部材を接合する、請求項1に記載の接合装置。
- 前記搬送経路には、前記一対のシート状部材を搬送する複数の下流側搬送部が設けられ、
前記第2の接合部は、前記複数の下流側搬送部の間に配置されている、請求項1または請求項2に記載の接合装置。 - 前記第1の接合部は、前記円柱回転体の回転軸直下に設けられる、請求項1〜請求項3の何れか1つに記載の接合装置。
- 前記第1の接合部による接合および前記第2の接合部による接合は、熱溶着、圧着、接着または溶接のいずれかの手段である、請求項1〜請求項4の何れか1つに記載の接合装置。
- 前記シート状部材は、セパレータである、請求項1〜請求項5の何れか1つに記載の接合装置。
- 一対のシート状部材のそれぞれを保持する保持面の幅が前記一対のシート状部材の幅よりも狭い一対の円柱回転体を回転させることによって前記一対のシート状部材を搬送しながら順次重ね、
重ねられた前記一対のシート状部材のうち前記円柱回転体の前記保持面を超えて前記円柱回転体の軸方向にはみ出た部分を第1の接合部によって順次接合し、
前記第1の接合部によって接合された前記一対のシート状部材を搬送するための搬送経路の途中で、前記一対のシート状部材において前記円柱回転体と重なっていた部分を第2の接合部によって別途接合する、接合方法。 - 前記第1の接合部は、前記一対のシート状部材が前記円柱回転体から離れた直後に前記一対のシート状部材を接合する、請求項7に記載の接合方法。
- 前記搬送経路に設けられた複数の下流側搬送部は、前記第1の接合部によって接合された前記シート状部材を搬送し、
前記第2の接合部は、前記複数の下流側搬送部の間において、前記シート状部材において前記円柱回転体と重なっていた部分を接合する、請求項7または請求項8に記載の接合方法。 - 前記第1の接合部は、前記円柱回転体の回転軸直下において前記一対のシート状部材を接合する、請求項7〜請求項9の何れか1つに記載の接合方法。
- 前記第1の接合部による接合および前記第2の接合部による接合は、熱溶着、圧着、または溶接のいずれかの手段である、請求項7〜請求項10の何れか1つに記載の接合方法。
- 前記シート状部材は、セパレータである、請求項7〜請求項11の何れか1つに記載の接合方法。
