Abstract

1. Устройство соединения, содержащее:модуль транспортировки, который включает в себя пару цилиндрических роторов, удерживающие поверхности которых предназначены для удерживания пары пластинчатых элементов соответственно и имеют ширину, меньшую, чем ширина пары пластинчатых элементов, причем модуль транспортировки накладывает пару пластинчатых элементов последовательно при транспортировке пары пластинчатых элементов посредством вращения пары цилиндрических роторов; исоединяющий модуль, который соединяет части пары наложенных пластинчатых элементов друг с другом, при этом части выступают за пределы удерживающих поверхностей цилиндрических роторов.2. Устройство соединения по п. 1, в котором соединяющий модуль выполняет соединение сразу после того, как пластинчатые элементы отделяются от цилиндрических роторов.3. Устройство соединения по п. 2, дополнительно содержащее:путь транспортировки, который является путем для транспортировки соединяемых пластинчатых элементов и имеет зазор в середине направления транспортировки; ивторой соединяющий модуль, который размещен между зазором и соединяет части пластинчатых элементов, которые были наложены на цилиндрические роторы.4. Устройство соединения по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором соединяющий модуль размещен непосредственно под вращающимися валами цилиндрических роторов.5. Устройство соединения по п. 1, в котором присоединение является любым из теплового сваривания, соединения за счет сжатия, адгезии и сварки.6. Устройство соединения по п. 1, в котором пластинчатые элементы являются сепараторами.7. Способ соединения, при котором:соединяют пару пластинчатых эле�

Claims (12)

1. Устройство соединения, содержащее:
модуль транспортировки, который включает в себя пару цилиндрических роторов, удерживающие поверхности которых предназначены для удерживания пары пластинчатых элементов соответственно и имеют ширину, меньшую, чем ширина пары пластинчатых элементов, причем модуль транспортировки накладывает пару пластинчатых элементов последовательно при транспортировке пары пластинчатых элементов посредством вращения пары цилиндрических роторов; и
соединяющий модуль, который соединяет части пары наложенных пластинчатых элементов друг с другом, при этом части выступают за пределы удерживающих поверхностей цилиндрических роторов.
2. Устройство соединения по п. 1, в котором соединяющий модуль выполняет соединение сразу после того, как пластинчатые элементы отделяются от цилиндрических роторов.
3. Устройство соединения по п. 2, дополнительно содержащее:
путь транспортировки, который является путем для транспортировки соединяемых пластинчатых элементов и имеет зазор в середине направления транспортировки; и
второй соединяющий модуль, который размещен между зазором и соединяет части пластинчатых элементов, которые были наложены на цилиндрические роторы.
4. Устройство соединения по любому из пп. 1-3, в котором соединяющий модуль размещен непосредственно под вращающимися валами цилиндрических роторов.
5. Устройство соединения по п. 1, в котором присоединение является любым из теплового сваривания, соединения за счет сжатия, адгезии и сварки.
6. Устройство соединения по п. 1, в котором пластинчатые элементы являются сепараторами.
7. Способ соединения, при котором:
соединяют пару пластинчатых элементов друг с другом последовательно при транспортировке пары пластинчатых элементов, посредством вращения пары цилиндрических роторов, удерживающие поверхности которых предназначены для удерживания пары пластинчатых элементов соответственно и имеют ширину, меньшую, чем ширина пары пластинчатых элементов; и
соединяют части наложенной пары пластинчатых элементов друг с другом, причем части выступают за пределы удерживающих поверхностей цилиндрических роторов.
8. Способ по п. 7, при котором пластинчатые элементы соединяют друг с другом сразу после того, как пластинчатые элементы отделяются от цилиндрических роторов.
9. Способ по п. 7 или 8, при котором части пластинчатых элементов, которые были наложены на цилиндрические роторы, соединяют друг с другом в середине пути для транспортировки соединяемых пластинчатых элементов.
10. Способ по п. 7, при котором соединение выполняют непосредственно под вращающимися валами цилиндрических роторов.
11. Способ по п. 7, при котором соединение является любым из теплового сваривания, соединения за счет сжатия, адгезии и сварки.
12. Способ по п. 7, при котором пластинчатые элементы являются сепараторами.
