Abstract
1. Установка для производства пакетированного электрода с заключенным между парой сепараторов электродом, содержащая:транспортировочное устройство, выполненное с возможностью последовательного наложения друг на друга электрода и пары сепараторов со стороны переднего конца в направлении транспортировки при транспортировании электрода и пары сепараторов;соединяющее устройство, выполненное с возможностью соединения друг с другом боковых краев пары сепараторов, причем боковые края расположены в направлении, пересекающем направление транспортировки; иконтроллер, выполненный с возможностью управления работой транспортировочного устройства и соединяющего устройства,при этом контроллер выполнен с возможностью повторного выполнения соединения множество раз со стороны переднего конца в направлении транспортировки, причем каждое соединение выполняется при перемещении соединяющего устройства так, что скорость соединяющего устройства относительно скорости транспортировки заготовки приближается к нулю.2. Установка для производства пакетированного электрода по п. 1, при этом контроллер выполнен с возможностью приведения в действие соединяющего устройства для начала выполнения соединения, когда скорость перемещения соединяющего устройства становится постоянной.3. Установка для производства пакетированного электрода поп. 1 или 2, при этом контроллер выполнен с возможностью приведения в действие соединяющего устройства для последовательного соединения друг с другом боковых краев пары сепараторов, последовательно накладываемых при транспортировании транспортировочным устройством.4. Claims (8)
1. Установка для производства пакетированного электрода с заключенным между парой сепараторов электродом, содержащая:
транспортировочное устройство, выполненное с возможностью последовательного наложения друг на друга электрода и пары сепараторов со стороны переднего конца в направлении транспортировки при транспортировании электрода и пары сепараторов;
соединяющее устройство, выполненное с возможностью соединения друг с другом боковых краев пары сепараторов, причем боковые края расположены в направлении, пересекающем направление транспортировки; и
контроллер, выполненный с возможностью управления работой транспортировочного устройства и соединяющего устройства,
при этом контроллер выполнен с возможностью повторного выполнения соединения множество раз со стороны переднего конца в направлении транспортировки, причем каждое соединение выполняется при перемещении соединяющего устройства так, что скорость соединяющего устройства относительно скорости транспортировки заготовки приближается к нулю.
2. Установка для производства пакетированного электрода по п. 1, при этом контроллер выполнен с возможностью приведения в действие соединяющего устройства для начала выполнения соединения, когда скорость перемещения соединяющего устройства становится постоянной.
3. Установка для производства пакетированного электрода по
п. 1 или 2, при этом контроллер выполнен с возможностью приведения в действие соединяющего устройства для последовательного соединения друг с другом боковых краев пары сепараторов, последовательно накладываемых при транспортировании транспортировочным устройством.
4. Установка для производства пакетированного электрода по п. 1 или 2, дополнительно содержащая зажимной элемент, выполненный с возможностью перемещения вместе с соединяющим устройством при зажимании пары сепараторов.
5. Способ производства пакетированного электрода с заключенным между парой сепараторов электродом, включающийся в себя:
повторное выполнение соединения множество раз со стороны переднего конца в направлении транспортировки, причем каждое соединение выполняют при перемещении соединяющего устройства, выполненного с возможностью соединения друг с другом боковых краев пары сепараторов, так, что скорость соединяющего устройства относительно скорости транспортировки заготовки приближается к нулю.
6. Способ производства пакетированного электрода по п. 5, при этом соединение начинают выполнять, когда скорость перемещения соединяющего устройства становится постоянной.
7. Способ производства пакетированного электрода по п. 5 или 6, при этом боковые края пары сепараторов, последовательно накладываемых при транспортировке, последовательно соединяют друг с другом соединяющим устройством.
8. Способ производства пакетированного электрода по п. 5 или 6, при этом пару сепараторов перемещают вместе с соединяющим устройством при зажимании зажимным элементом.
