- ワークを搬送して供給する供給搬送部と、
前記供給搬送部から供給される前記ワークを吸着部で支持して搬送する吸着搬送部と、
前記吸着搬送部から所定の積層位置で前記ワークを受け取り、前記ワークの積層体を搬送する積層体搬送部と、を備え、
前記供給搬送部から前記吸着搬送部への前記ワークの受渡位置は、前記供給搬送部における前記ワークの搬送速度と、前記吸着搬送部における前記吸着部の搬送速度との相対速度がゼロとなる第1の領域に設定されており、
前記吸着搬送部から前記積層体搬送部への前記ワークの受渡位置は、前記吸着搬送部における前記吸着部の搬送速度と、前記積層体搬送部における前記積層位置の搬送速度との相対速度がゼロとなる第2の領域に設定されており、
前記第1の領域において、前記供給搬送部における前記ワークの搬送方向と、前記吸着搬送部における前記吸着部の搬送方向とが所定の長さにわたって一致しており、
前記吸着搬送部の搬送経路と前記積層体搬送部の搬送経路とは、いずれも周回軌道となっているワーク積層装置。 - 前記第2の領域において、前記吸着搬送部における前記吸着部の搬送方向と、前記積層体搬送部における前記積層位置の搬送方向とが所定の長さにわたって一致している請求項1記載のワーク積層装置。
- 前記第1の領域において、前記供給搬送部における前記ワークの搬送方向を、前記吸着搬送部における前記吸着部の搬送方向に一致させるガイドが設けられている請求項1又は2記載のワーク積層装置。
