Abstract
【解決手段】ワーク積層装置1は、ワークWを搬送して供給する供給搬送部11と、供給搬送部11により供給されたワークWを受け取り、周回軌道である搬送経路に沿ってワークWの積層体20を複数搬送する積層体搬送部13と、積層体20が搬送経路に沿って搬送される間に、積層体20に対して検査または位置合わせを行う動作部50と、を備える。

Claims (3)
- ワークを搬送して供給する供給搬送部と、
前記供給搬送部により供給された前記ワークを受け取り、周回軌道である搬送経路に沿って前記ワークの積層体を複数搬送する積層体搬送部と、
前記積層体が前記搬送経路に沿って搬送される間に、前記積層体に対して検査または位置合わせを行う動作部と、を備えるワーク積層装置。 - 前記動作部は、前記供給搬送部から前記積層体搬送部へと前記ワークが受け渡される受渡領域を除く搬送経路上の領域において、前記積層体に対して検査または位置合わせを行う請求項1に記載のワーク積層装置。
- 前記供給搬送部は、前記積層体搬送部に対して複数設けられており、
前記動作部は、前記供給搬送部から前記積層体搬送部へと前記ワークが受け渡される複数の受渡領域を除く搬送経路上の領域において、前記積層体に対して検査または位置合わせを行う請求項1に記載のワーク積層装置。
